Checkout assistant (Claire, 236021) was very rude. For the entire time she was 'serving' me, she talked over my head to a colleague saying someone was bringing them in Mc Flurries later that day. It was as if I did not exist.
Without her rudeness, my visit would have been five star.

I ordered a new kitchen from the Broadstairs branch. Liam was very helpful and knowledgeable (and patience) in helping me design my new kitchen. He also came up with a brilliant idea regarding my worktops. Really happy with the service that I received, highly recommend.
Since writing this review, the service that I then received has been shocking. Ended up getting a full refund via my credit card

Ben helped us with good suggestions and options for both the shower room and bathroom we were re fitting. Due to his friendly and professional help we achieved more than expected. Very pleased with both rooms. Thank you Ben.

Very friendly & helpful, would recommend Liam to any people who we know who would like a kitchen.

Liam helped us choose the exact kitchen that I wanted. He is very knowledgeable but did not make us feel pressurised into spending more than we wanted to.
He came to measure up and was on time and checked the measurements that we had given him. Liam is a very nice chap and an asset to Homebase.

Professional and friendly. We didn't know where to start with a new kitchen design, but the designer in store helped us make the best choice for us. He took some time getting to know us and listened to our likes and dislikes. Collating all of that in to an amazing kitchen design we didn't know was possible. From design to delivery the whole experience was positive and gave us confidence in the choices we made. We are very happy with the quality, design and different appliances we have in our new kitchen and would highly recommend Homebase kitchen services to anyone needing a new kitchen.

Ordered online houseplant compost. When I picked it up. Wasnt the correct version, a cheaper version. If I hadnt had checked the online price, wouldve lost £5 in difference. The staff should really check what they are doing and if different products should leave a note.

I ordered online, was called within half an hour to let me know that a 'low stock' item had actually sold out, and sorted my refund. The other item was collected on Friday and is perfect.
