I ordered dark brown panels from their website and they delivered the cheaper light brown panels they stock. There is no phone number for customer services so you need to complete a form online. I have just received a reply saying that they don’t supply dark brown Forest panels although I have sent them screenshots of my order. The whole customer services experience is very frustrating.

My favourite homebase store. As always, really helpful staff when shopping in store & for click & collect. My dog enjoys the garden centre & a fuss every time we visit too. I'd like management to commend staff for the attentive & helpful service received every time.

Wallpaper I liked was not available but didn’t have to wait long for an email to say it was back to order. Delivered in four days. Really pleased with wallpaper, very good quality and easy to put up.

Homebase don’t even deserve 1star. I did click and collect to save time, but it took them 15 minutes to get me my 3 bags of compost. I kept asking if I should just get 3 bags off the shelf as it would have taken me 2 minutes, but I was told my order was in the warehouse. It wasn’t and eventually 2 guys got the 3 bags off compost off the shelf. Utter chaos and none of the staff care.

BETH at Staines branch of Homebase gets my 5*. She went well beyond to satisfy. A great bubbly worker prepared to go that bit further to please. What a bright star. In complete contrast to the less than perfect experience that I received at Knaphill branch where they refused to opened the package that I was about to purchase.

Only 2 out of the 5 items I purchased on line were available when I went to pick them up. The lady at the shop was helpful, but Homebase need to get there stock control sorted so that items ordered on click and collect are available.

Ordered a step ladder via Click and Collect at the Staines branch. Received a collection email and collected the product within a few hours. Speedy surface, quality product at a great price.
What’s not to like…

Natasha from Staines Homebase was great from start to finish. With any big house project there are always problems that you don’t expect. During our obstacles that we encountered, Natasha was very helpful in helping us resolve them asap.

Simple online ordering process, and easy collection made this purchase great.

The item I collected was not complete. I had to return it for complete replacement.

They have a lovely and proffessional architect with a great and helpful team.
Ofcourse they have also many good quality and wonderfull with affordable products what you need all for your property.

Right from the get go Tash made us feel so comfortable. There was never any pressure to purchase goods, she simply listened to our ideas and made them become a reality!
She was extremely efficient in creating both our kitchen and bathroom and she walked us around the showroom sharing different examples of where the cupboards were on display or bathroom pieces that we were considering.
Tash was extremely helpful once we created our kitchen and bathroom in helping us to arrange deliveries- especially as we had so many coming on all different dates and we had just recently moved into our property. Overall myself and my husband had such a wonderful experience and wish this sort of customer service would be available more often!
