Never trust

Never trust . Bad experience with delivery persons and customer care .
They will give you appointment don’t trust and don’t lose your day , they will not come .
I made a call to the customer care and what the agent told me exactly is ,
“ they ( delivery agents) have other deliveries also after finishing that the will come , that’s it .”
That’s it ? Look at the a language they are using. I didn’t receive my item, I paid the amount .

Pathetic and horrible service.

Pathetic and horrible service.
I had bought a bed and side table and promptly returned the next day and cancelled the order and delivery. It has been over 1 month that they didn't return my money. They are giving false promises for refund.
Worst company to deal and work with as their customer care is very bad and unprofessional.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, no adequate customer care support, absolutely unprofessional company. I have purchased a bedroom set, dressing mirror came with stains on it, chasing for replacement for almost 2 months already and after all they are sending replacement with stains on it again! Do not recommend anyone to get anything from their online store as you would regret it, their quality is just pathetic and on top of that there is no solution for your complaints as their customer care is just useless, they are either not replying on emails or delaying, they have sent me inspection in the between but could not make a simple quality control of the replacement before delivering replacement with exact same issue and ink stains that cannot be removed from the white surface!
Just awful!

There's no negative star?

There's no negative star? Worst customer care ever. They sell damaged products and refuse to refund, saying they are not in their original packaging. It is called robbery!!!! Shame on you!
I wish I could include a photo of the item that I bought.

Worst service ever

The person who delivered the purchased cabinet called at 4 in the afternoon to say that the delivery between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. is not possible, it will come after 6:00 p.m. I said okay, but after five minutes he called to say that he would still be there in 10 minutes. He came up to the apartment and, without taking any measurements, declared that the space for assembly was small. 3x4 meters was left open for him, which is more than enough. I have also assembled furniture several times, I know what I'm talking about. He said he was going down to talk to his colleague. 20 minutes later I called to ask where he was, he picked up on the third call and told me that he was already with another customer. The customer service said that there is not enough space and that I should unpack the single apartment. Nobody at this company cares about the facts. I tried to talk to several customer service representatives. I would have to pay for another delivery because the delivery team didn't want to work. I do not recommend the company to anyone.

don't buy anything from homebox, I bought a mattress and delivery team brought a wrong size mattress instead of purchased mattress which was returned after 4 days they cancelled the order....due to this service may be they dont allow to write review on google

0 star for home box… don’t ever buy…

0 star for home box… don’t ever buy your furnitures from them.
We bought a mattress and bed frame with storage last feb. 10,2024 and was delivered feb. 24,2024.
1. The team who installed the bed frame didn’t do it properly as they are rushing resulting to mis alignment of the storage causing it to trip when opening. We complained and they said its just the way it is.
2. The storage eventually can’t be opened properly and we went to the store to complain and their team came feb. 27, 2024 to fix but instead of fixing, they totally busted the bed storage thus we have to totally remove the case. They mentioned they’ll raise the complain to whoever the concerned department is.
3. After going back and forth with their customer service representative last mar.3 and mar. 10, no case was resolved. They said they haven’t gotten back yet from the concerned department.

So don’t ever order from them. I can’t find a direct review under google on their webpage now i know because they may lose face with how low their reviews are.

Home box team kept calling after my…

Home box team kept calling after my complaint insisting me that the items were damaged during the move.. not a single word about being damaged by their staff.
Accusing that I lied!!!!
Unbelievable team with total untrustworthy management to deal with! Not anymore ever and don’t advise anyone!!!

Bad experience

They brought a bed, broke it during assembly and hid it to the wall, and left without informing. I informed them the next day, raised complaint and that’s it!!!!
Story ended with millions of emails and calls, with their “inspection” which confirmed the bed cannot be fixed, the 4drawer chest was broken the next day while moving, proving they sell only the “junk” that doesn’t last a day!!!!

Poorest customer service of incompetent people who weren’t able to do anything leaving the case unsolved, raising complaint number one after another!!!
Most disappointing regretting experience faced with total time wasters behind this scam!!!

If you care about your time, nerves and the money you spend, HOME BOX is a wrong place to shop!

Here is another complaint case they love to raise which they UNABLE TO SOLVE!!

I have purchased from homebox online a…

I have purchased from homebox online a sofa bed and less than a year the sofa bed get damaged and I call the customer care and exactly DECEMBER 31,2023 Team came and collect the sofa and till Now February 9, 2024 i haven't Receive any response from the team despite of many emails I sent only automated reply I received very disappointed that this kind of Big Company Treated there customer like this is because I am buying Simple and not expensive item. They just simply ignore my Compaint after giving a hope to customer that item have 2 years warranty but till now nothing replied and update. I.will not recommend the service of homebox so ashame how they treat their customer.

Bad experience from the staff and the manager at Al Zahia Mall Sharjah, we liked one dining table and there was mentioned the price on the table very clear. When we decided to take it. Then the staff mentioned that sorry this price not for this type. Unfortunately we got upset and left the stroe with very bad experience. Not recommended

Items not delivered

Homebox used to be reliable, but in my last two experiences, there were significant issues. It seems like their product quality has declined, and customer service is lacking. Despite claiming delivery, they only provided the bed from a 6-piece bedroom set. They demanded full payment upfront, even though the side table was missing, and only after payment did they reveal other issues, like a faulty bed quality and incorrect dressing table doors. I had to book a hotel for guests due to the incomplete delivery. When I contacted Homebox for a refund, they stated they don't have a refund policy, leaving me with subpar furniture and no resolution.

This is a request don’t pay them first otherwise they will not be responsible for any thing

Unreliable Service

Worst ever home delivery service. This is the second time this has happed to me. Delivery date and time are never honored. Excuses given that I had asked to put the delivery on hold, which I never did. Complete disappointment.

The most unprofessional service

I have come across the homebox KSA very unprofessional attitude on my order which was placed on 11th January and despite of giving the delivery date and timing of morning 21st January 2024, they failed to do so and now blaming us for missing the order by giving alternate delivery date of 6th February. It looks their customer care do not wants to go through the evidences rather taking a very casual approach. I tried to write as message on Twitter which they have deleted. I have no faith now I want to cancel and my money back from them. Please note that they have worst delivery and customer care approach which is very unprofessional.

DON't Order from Homebox

If I could give Homebox a 0 I would.

Made the mistake of accidentally ordering off them via Noon again.

Confirmed the delivery 3 times but still they don't show up.
