Homebox UAE, Worst customer experience ever, i dont recommend to buy from them:
I have place an order, and paid the delivery fees, and fixed a delivery date for weekend.
I waited full day, then no one came for delivery, and when i called to check, they informed me that my item was rescheduled...no one took the time to call me and inform me that, wasting my full saturday. and when i asked ok i want to cancel my order, they said ok but delivery fees will not be refunded.
Customer service at homebox lacks the Custome Service best practice 101 even... very tactical, dont care about client and they just care about the extra they will make from delivery when a client cancel...worst ever experience! first and last time

horrible customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They repeatedly extended the delivery date on their own, and when we contacted customer support, they falsely claimed that we had changed the delivery date ourselves. This is completely untrue. We confirmed the delivery multiple times through their online link, yet the date kept getting pushed back without our consent.

What made the situation worse was the very poor behavior of the customer care agent. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He even accused us of lying, which is completely unacceptable when we had clear confirmations from their own system.

The entire experience was filled with false promises, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service. A company should at least take responsibility for its mistakes instead of blaming customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Refund Delayed

Dear Homebox Team,

I would like to follow up regarding the refund amount of AED 363, which is still pending. It has now been almost two months, and the refund has not yet been processed.

This situation is very disappointing, and the delay reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided. I kindly request your immediate assistance in completing the refund as soon as possible.

If the refund is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience through reviews and social media platforms.

I look forward to your urgent response and resolution.

Overall experience is not good

Overall experience is not good; the delivery is not on time. Then also when they have done the delivery, it is also not helpful when we ask if they can help us to move or align it; they said that our work was only delivered and assembled, nothing else, and customer service is not working accordingly because of a lot of excuses and alibis you don't feel the sincerity from them because you dont know if they are telling the truth or not and beside not even give us a heads up if they will deliver or not that time unless we called that is the only we time we found it that theyre not able to come and deliver and need to reschedule again of the nextweek which is really unacceptable. If were the one will ask them to deliver on the next day of course they are going to ask me for the reschedule fees and vice versa we cant ask them to compensate us. That is really a bad experience with us. And will not ordering again this my first and last time.

Very bad delivery service....

Very bad delivery service and customer care service. I brought 4 chairs from the store and they agreed to delivery after 10 days. When they delivered the item, 2 chairs were missing and on the top of that 1 was faulty piece. There delivery team promised that we will deliver remaining 2 chairs next day along with the replacement. It has been 1 more than 1 week, they haven't yet proceed the complain and not delivered any items instead of calling 2-3 times. Very poor communication service and don't follow the commitment. Won't recommend anymore.

The worst company ever I ordered 10…

The worst company ever I ordered 10 days ago few items and I paid extra for express shipping but unfortunately not only they are respecting Ramadan time and people they are fasting and they should not call pay at iftar time but also till today I didn’t receive my order wich is today morning they confirmed that it will be delivered but now they are saying after two days and they are saying this all what we can do … very bad experience

Awful

Awful! Purchased 5 items for an apartment, a bed, matress, sofa, coffee table and rug! Well sofa got cancelled AFTER I called to ask when I will receive, they delivered wrong size bed frame and correct size mattress. Phoned to complain just get told they understand and will most likely take 30 working days for an actual response! This has been on going for 5 weeks now! Still not rectified

Unprofessional unhelpful service

Unprofessional unhelpful service. Booked a delivery between 10:00am-16:00 on my day off. The delivery man should have contacted me 30 minutes prior their arrival. The delivery not only was late and didn’t call me before their arrival but did not wait for me to get downstairs to sort things out and drove off immediately. I have tried to reach the delivery costumer service several times with the promise that they would call me back and nobody did. I requested to speak with the manager who conveniently was unavailable. I have raised a complaint and got promised that someone would call me back in the morning and they didn’t so I had to call twice until I managed to speak with the manager who knew exactly what was going on but did absolutely nothing to give me a solution or better it was we can reschedule in 48 hrs as your delivery is back in the warehouse or refund in 48 hours..I got left with not arrangement no refund and no delivery for something I paid and I arranged to be delivered 24 hrs prior. Now I’m back to work and need to sleep on the floor and still don’t know anything about my delivery . Awful service unprofessional and costumer service cannot do anything part from raising the issue to the other department

Is not good client communication

The express my concern regarding the delivery of my recent order placed on February 6, 2026. According to your system, the expected delivery date was set for February 13, 2026. Although I found this timeframe quite long, I decided to wait patiently for my order.

On the scheduled delivery date, I waited from 4pm to 8pm as indicated in your delivery window. However, by 9pm my order had still not arrived. I had to reach out to customer service myself for an update about my delivery status.

At around 9:15pm, I received a call informing me that the delivery would reach me in two minutes. Shortly after that call, the driver contacted me again and explained that he was with another client and too far from my location. He requested to deliver my items the following day instead.

I find it unacceptable that I was only notified after the promised timeframe had passed and was then asked to reschedule for another day. This is not respectful of your customers’ time or expectations.

I hope you understand my disappointment with this experience and take steps to improve your service process so future customers do not face similar issues.

Extremely bad delivery service

Extremely bad delivery service. My order was delayed and then rescheduled to an unknown time without my consent and without informing me at all. There was zero communication and no respect for my time. The delivery team failed to make any serious effort to deliver the order within the promised timeframe. This caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Very unprofessional service — I would not recommend it and will think twice before ordering again.

The delivery services of home box is horrible and their customer service executive are inefficient.

The delivery services of home box is horrible their customer service people are very inefficient as they dont know how to find a solution they speak in a robotic manner. Customer service executive like mohammad and marwa dint even try to help us since only solution they have to every problem is “ things will be eacalated” and then mo response from anywhere!!
Late delieveries are very normal for them and they cant provide any contact details of delievery partners as part of their company policy at the same time they dont deliever at the desired time.

I placed an order for a sofa that I…

I placed an order for a sofa that I never received. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order, but instead of solving the issue, they kept giving me fake promises and excuses with zero action.

I contacted them multiple times, including through Instagram, and once I left a bad review, they blocked me rather than resolving the problem. This shows how unprofessional and dishonest this business is.

Until now, my issue is still not solved, no sofa, no cancellation, no accountability. This is by far the worst place to deal with. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company if you don’t want stress, wasted time, and money.

They don't even deserve 1 star

They don't even deserve 1 star. The time you wait for your delivery to arrive is more than what is promise. any issue on the items you ordered is not communicated unless you call them. The Customer support gives you the same answer and assurance the (I understood) which in fact they don't. every call will end up with another wait of 24 to 48 hours of wait for update if you get any. Do not buy on this store! use your hard earned money elsewhere with better service. I will never ever buy to this store ever again.

If there is zero i will put zero for this store ,very bad service!!! Poor customer service logistics problem issues for delivering the items not following the schedule of delivery date , wrong update of the team doing alibi just to cancel the delivery sched without calling or messaging the client to take the location.
