Good product and really fast delivery - thank you

Delivery was a day late and no response on asking questions and had to pay assemblers twice .
Very poor customer service.

Express Delivery wasn’t as scheduled but it was Christmas and only one day later with an express refund . All brilliant finally -thankyou .

Delivered through Evri. They attempted to deliver once, while I was home, said it was e times, and now the company have not issued my refund!!!!! And took 2 days to get back to me!!!!

Fantastically quick delivery - just a couple of days and the seat is just as described. Assembly instructions clear and everything in order, possible for one person but it would be easier with two.

I was attracted to Home Discount because of the prices and the look of the furniture.
Ordered some units and when they arrived was not disappointed.
The delivery was good and quick. Courier gave updates of date and time of delivery.
They arrive flat packed but this proved to be no problem. Good instructions.
It is advised to fix units to a wall but found them stable enough not to do that.
As goods arrived undamaged and no missing parts
have not contacted Customer Services. So cannot
comment.
Given 5 Stars. The price is good They look good.
They are good enough for everyday use.

Second time I have bought off these lovely warbrobe chest off draws

Second time ordering. Delivery was very fast and is packaged very well to ensure the product is received not damaged.

purchased 2 book cases-one was short of fixings, the other had damaged panels. It took 10 days to arrange a collection-which I took a day off for-only to be told the courier couldn't collect. Courier told the supplier that I wasn't in-which is a lie. I now have 2 incomplete/damaged book cases I have to recycle/scrap at my own cost. Terrible,shoddy products and awful customer service

Paid extra for express delivery which didn't happen. The item hasn't been dispatched yet, two days after the 'express delivery' date. They are blaming the Royal Mail strike (mid Nov 23) but are still ( as of 19 Nov 23) advertising delivery for Wednesday 22 Nov, so the must foresee the strike being over by then.
SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Unfortunately Evri is the delivery Company and we have not received it. It appears to be with Evri and they have lost it so we have now waited 10 days for delivery. We expect a replacement to be sent but so far no one appears to be taking responsibility.

Was going to buy my 3 piece bedroom furniture set from B&Q and seen you can buy directly from seller, it ended up £40 pounds less. Was delivered for free within 48 hours all pieces all screws and fantastic quality for price

When buying from them don't expect any help if things goes wrong, I bought a single bed, the delivery driver dropped my parcel in front of my building's main door by the street. Part of my parcel was lost/stolen I don't know. I never got my bed, I never got my money back or even a replacement.

Avoid this seller. Selling very poor quality second hand stuff.

I cannot praise this company highly enough . Not only are their prices very reasonable , their products are good quality and their customer service is exceptional.
I ordered a bed frame which was delivered when specified . However , there were a few parts missing . One phone call to the company and this was rectified , the parts arrived within 2 days . They were so helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company .
