I ordered a dehumidifier, instantly received an invoice along with acknowledgement of order. Over a week later I hadn't heard anything so rang the number given. This was not recognised. Alarm bells went off in my head then so I emailed them asking for goods or a refund. Never had a reply so a week later I contacted my credit card and was refunded. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

Order was never confirmed. No response when I attempted to contact them. Website was awful and incomplete in places - they’ve only filled in the bits you see before you buy. Had to cancel the order and reorder from elsewhere. Terrible service - so bad it felt like a scam!

This store discriminates against older workers and uses fraudulent hiring practices. My wife was hired to be a coordinator of a team in the high ticket items. She was hired to manage a team of employees to create displays of the most expensive goods in the store to make them sell quickly. She was hired away from a job she had had for more than 10 years.
Upon arrival at the store, the fraud was made clear. Most of the day she was called away from her job to do menial manual labor such as unloading a truck, checking prices, cashier or carrying out heavy items to customers cars. She is over 60!
After a day spent doing everyone else’s work, management would criticize her for not getting the displays done. This was quite unfair and discriminatory as she was hired to be a team coordinator but there was no team.
Incompetent management intentionally understaffs the store to perpetuate the employment fraud.

This Fun Time Home Goods company hired by Home Depot which also sucks now in my opinion for hiring these scammers to fill out a review of their company are the biggest scammers ever. They said I would get a free watch for answering their questions just pay shipping for $7.27 & $2.00 priority shipping. I ordered priority shipping for $9.27 and it took 14 days to get to me. They charged my credit card $98.00 for the free watch. I complained to them and they said there is a clause in there that says if watch is not returned in 14 days that I have to pay the $98.00. Scam scam scam

Nothing I received mentioned a $98 charge if not cancelled in 14 days and it must’ve been hidden in small print because I wouldn’t have ordered anything if so. I called and woman was very rude and insisted it was there but I still don’t believe it. She said she can cancel but not issue refund and they aren’t taking returns. I asked if I would’ve called to cancel what would happened and she said I would kept the watch and not be charged. But they don’t issue refunds. Like I said, she was rude and she had kids screaming in the backhand was hard to understand. The watch is worth maybe $5. Very poor quality. Definitely a scam!

My wife bought a bar stool hoping we could find others to match. When we could not find matching stools we decided to return it. I took it in with the receipt, but part of the bottom, with some type of code, had somehow been torn off. The clerk told me that I could get only a store credit. I objected to that noting I had the receipt. I also stated that I had the card the chair was charged on but unlike other stores, the clerk indicated Home Goods' system could not verify the purchase with my card. The clerk then stated she would see if she could somehow find in Home Goods system, the missing numbers in the code. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the status and the clerk responded she could not find the missing code numbers. The clerk indicated again that I could only get a store credit. I again noted I had the receipt clearly reflecting the purchase. The clerk repeated that I would have to take a store credit and that Home Goods system would not process a refund. I responded that I realized it was not the clerk's fault that the company's system would not allow a refund, that I would take the store credit, while also posting something on social media. The clerk respond immediately asking that I gave her my credit card and she processed a full refund.
