Ordered a product 25th March 2020 Still waiting 15th October 2020 I do not think I will ever see it. There is no email address no way to make contact with anyone
I will never deal with these people again and I advise anyone else to be very very very careful.

Ordered an item and was charged immediately but it never shipped, nor would they respond to repeated emails/phone calls.

Ordered a projector was told it would be shipped in 48 hours several days later we’re still not shipped contact a company I was told is on back order would be 4 to 6 weeks that will not work for me requested money back I was told no they could not do that because the order was being processed and I would have to wait to get the projector and send it back as a fraudulent company do not do business with them I am contacting all state offices that I can and credit card company to stop payment to them for fraudulent charges Edited review ordered product on August 6 it is August 20 they still have not shipped it and will not refund money they are not a legitimate company

I ordered toilet paper from them in March, got messages saying on the way. Then a message they switched carriers because first carrier didn't deliver. Sent another email not received. They said package was delivered and it was not, I was home all day and in and out of the house, no package. I paid with PayPal and since Home Goods said delivered, PayPal refuses refund. Contacted Better Business Bureau and they couldn't do anything because they couldn't locate the correct company. I have also tried to get on Home Goods website and it is gone. Definitely scammers!!!!!

SCAM. I'm still waiting on a package, which I'll probably never see. I can't believe I fell for this.

COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM! Ordered a furwell broom 2 months ago. Never received. I've emailed them a month ago and they told me it has on the way. Emailed them a week ago to ask about refund for never receiving the product...no response. Going to take it up with my credit card company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They never answer your inquiry. I have emailed twice and still no answer or item that I ordered and was charged for.

First time in Home Goods located in Macon Ga. off Bass Rd. I went into the store and picked up a home decor that had a regular price on it for $129 and another clearance price for $19.99. The worker that stands at the door brings the item to the counter and the cashier rings up the price for $129. I then advise her of the second sticker which was $19.99, the guy worker says that's not that price and continues to explain. I then advise him that the price should be honored. I then ask for a manager and the manager by the name of Octavia comes and agrees with the guy worker then has the nerves to say I'll take off $30.00, REALLY 🙄🙄🙄!!! I tell you what Home Goods can keep their stuff. Manager should have honored the price. I called Corporate and was advised that it was up to the manager to honor the price. WOW!!! NO more Home Goods for me!!! #TotallyDissatisfied

Home goods is a scam and so are the first couple of websites claiming to review them. They collect your money and never ship items. DO NOT BUY HERE

I've been scammed. My order made in April, 2020 has never arrived. "Tracking" says delays due to covid. Today, 6/25/2020, the website is gone. They've evaporated with my money.

This company is horrible. Ordered online from them, which was a big mistake. Order never showed up and would not refund my money because “the order shipped”. Also paid for expedited shipping, that was even a bigger joke. Everything comes from China so they blamed the virus for it being “late”. I thought waiting 3 1/2 months for something was being patient, guess I was wrong. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon.

Ordered 300 alcohol hand wipes from them on May 27, paid thru PayPal same day and promised delivery in 7-10 days with money back guarantee. still have not received them and website no longer working. After reading other reviews, looks like this was Covid scam. Going after a refund from PayPal.

Scam. This is not HomeGoods as we know it in the U.S. but home-goods out of China. I ordered toilet paper March 26th and have gotten the same responses as the other reviews. I emailed twice and same response, be patient, due to Covid blah, blah, blah. Tracking is a joke and pretty sure it's fake because each time I emailed there was an update showing (after weeks of nothing). Finally gave up and contacted my credit card and was issued a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Total scam. Contact your card issuer for a refund if you've already given them $$$!!!

I placed an order a week ago, was curious when I would get a shipping notification so I went to my email about the order and when I clicked on the link for my order and got an error. Then tried to go to the website again and got an error. After reading recent reviews I disputed the transaction and was able to get my money back from my credit card company. Steer clear of this website !!

Ditto to all these complaints ... toilet paper ... 7-12 day delivery promise ... delayed 30 days customs LA ... Good thing I charged it and got prompt charge back from my credit card company ...

I also got scammed by this company. Purchased toilet paper and hand sanitizer that never arrived. Multiple requests for a refund were all responded to with offers to resend the products which never arrived and which I no longer needed after more than 2 months. Do not buy anything from them.

I got screwed by these scammers. " Please wait, we are sorry, covids fault,we are good company..." the many emails have gone on since the order which was promised in 7-12 days....it has now been over a month...it is still in customs. They took my money and ran. To boot, my American paypal bank upholds this company and will not let me enter a product not received issue. Who owns paypal, I wonder.?Do not order from this web chinese company. You will lose your money and not receive your order.
