The shop phoned me to let me know the items I had ordered were not yet in stock, and a couple of days later phoned to say they were ready for pickup. The whole - from order to pick up was four days. Excellent.

Watering can rose broken within a month
I ordered a lovely, metal watering can a month ago and it arrived promptly. The product was packaged neatly and carefully so we were very happy with the purchase even though it was more on the expensive side. Unfortunately, the quality of the item doesn’t match the price tag as the rose fell off the bit that secures it to the watering can yesterday while watering the plants in our garden. As it’s broken, we cannot re-attach it to the watering can anymore, though this was the reason why we bought it in the first place. We won’t be able to use it the same way as before even though it seemed to be the perfect sustainable choice that’s pretty at the same time.
