Sadly, on this occasion they were unable to make me an offer, hence four stars not five. Customer service is very good
Customer service is very good. I mostly dealt with Charles Sandle and he was polite and helpful. I didn't take the cash offer in the end, but it was all handled very reasonably. No issues dealing with these guys, so they are definitely worth a try if you need to sell quickly and simply.
