Selling Property With Sitting Tenant
We were considering selling our single rental property with a sitting tenant, or giving the tenant notice? Spoke to Charles at Home House Buyers, who gave good solid advice regarding our particular situation. He left it four days before contacting us again to ask if we were still considering selling. We said that we had decided to give the tenant notice and eventually sell through an estate agent. At no time was he pushy or brusque and we were not inundated by phone calls and Emails. Would recommend that anyone in the same position should consider contacting Home House Buyers for a serious chat, so that they know their options.

I was so glad I contacted Home House Buyers
I initially contacted Home House Buyers as I was struggling to sell my late father's flat and I can honestly say, from the initial point of contact to the completion of the sale, that their customer service is absolutely second to none, they were patient, understanding and kept me informed at all stages of the process. I have to give an extra special mention to Chris, who just went above and beyond but genuinely, the whole team were amazing. I appreciate that selling a property via this route might not be for everyone for a variety of reasons, but I contacted Home House Buyers as I felt that I had exhausted all other avenues and they didn't disappoint, they were so understanding of my situation. Things didn't always run smoothly all the time during the process but the team were there every step of the way, keeping in contact, explaining everything, answering my questions and then talking me through the next steps and my options. I originally contacted them as I had read other positive reviews and after my own experience I wanted to ensure that I left one of my own. A genuinely good company and a great team with customer service at their heart.
