To clarify, we did not make you an offer on your property. During our conversation, we simply explained how our service works, and you advised that you were looking to achieve full market value, which we were clear would not be suitable for our model.
As outlined clearly on our website, we are a property buying company and do not pay full market value. Our service is designed for sellers looking for an alternative to the open market.
We would also note that the property has been on the open market since June 2025 and has undergone two price reductions totalling £35,000, which further highlights the difference between a traditional market sale and our service.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but speaking to Charles Sandle from Home house buyers was very helpful and transparent regarding a cash offer on our house. Even though this isnt quite the right path for us, Charles offered advice and wanted to help.

Charles Sandle took my phone call and discussed with me how things progressed and took note of the properties i have an interest in selling.
From my initial enquiry Charles phoned back to gain further information with respect to my property No8 which i gladly updated him on every aspect of our purchase and the work which needed to be done and was carried out so as to gain i assume the right valuation along with No12.
