I have been involved with Home Instead one way of the other for more than 15 years!
I am impressed with how the organisation navigated these challenging times to remain the best Home care provider in the UK and internationally.

Home Instead do a fantastic job looking after their clients, the really genuinely care about doing the right things to support people to stay safe and well at home!

Home Instead Redditch and Bromsgrove looked after my Mom for over 5 years. Their support was invaluable, especially as I lived a distance away.
Extra care visits, collecting medication and taking to appointments when required helped so much.
Mom enjoyed the visits from the lovely ladies, called Care Professionals.

A truly caring and passionate team and company, that look as well after their staff as they look after their clients. The carers have enough time during their visits to not having to rush their clients, there are always little initiatives and gifts during the year, the feedback from clients and their families is amazing. Highly recommend!

Home Instead is a fantastic! I called to discuss my father’s needs in a panic and the moment I rang they made me feel so calm and reassured. The staff who come to see my dad are all excellent and so caring and make a huge difference to his life (and ours). There are so many care agencies that say they do care the right way but Home Instead are simply the best

I have worked for Home Instead for about 5 years and have always found the Office staff very helpful, supportive and very approachable with sensitive subjects.
They always treat the staff and clients with the utmost respect and confidentiality, and see to any needs, wishes or problems that might occur.

I find them a very nice and fair company to work for.

I must admit the thought of doing online courses scared me alot as I haven't had any experience with computers.
The office staff had me in the office and helped me with this.
All of the office staff made me feel comfortable and go out of their way to offer us help and support I have grown in my role so much.
The clients I have had, bar one I couldn't connect with, I tried for a few weeks but just couldn't connect with this lady
I spoke with the office and wasn't sent to her again.
They have all been wonderful and I don't really feel its a job
It's such a pleasure to go to work
This year I need help for some care for a relative
I must say Sarah went out of her way to help me with providing me all the information I needed the information and help was above and beyond.
She provided a lovely team in place and my relative is very happy with the care the ladies offer.
I must admit I have worked with all of them and I know what a difference they have made not only for my relative but
also for me.

Always someone to cover if anyone phones in sick,so no one is ever with out a call
If ever you face a problem the office staff are always there to give guidance and help.Always very professional.

I have worked in care for many years working in different roles. I joined Home Instead Rugby in August 2019 as their trainer and after many years of travelling in a regional role i was worried about staying in one place but from the very first day i arrived i felt like i was at home. Sarah and the office staff made me feel so welcome. Five years on i still have the same feelings and look forward to coming into work.

Their ethos of person centered care and matching Clients with Care Professionals speaks volumes. The office staff work incredibly hard to ensure everyone is working to the best standards. The training provided ensures Care Pros work to their best potential to deliver personalised, professional care.

From an employees perspective, I've gained qualifications working here, been supported to work in a flexible manor, and been supported through pregnancy and postpartum. I could not recommend this company enough.

I have worked for Home Instead for 6 years. Every single day is a positive experience. The training and back up from the office staff make all the difference when I'm I'm with a client who is struggling. I love my job and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
When I needed care for my mum, I immediately contacted her local branch in Bedford. They have been equally brilliant. My mum is happy and I know she is safe. I love that I can see the carers notes too. Even though I'm a distance away, I get an update every day.

Worked at the Central Hampshire location for 2.5 years now. Every day there is something new, the team are very supportive and it's a wonderful feeling making a difference.

I enjoy working for Home Instead as a Care worker. The team is very supportive and friendly. A great company to work for, they are flexible and helpful. They can work around your timetable to fit in when it is suitable for you. As well extra training is always available. Loving environment with carers like with clients. Home instead are the first care company I have worked for, and I have to say the extensive training face to face, online, practical sessions and observations have enabled me to have the skills, knowledge and confidence to go out into the community, and continue to give the outstanding quality care services to a variety of clients, that Home Instead Rugby is known for.
Clients are matched to care professionals with similar interests, hobbies and personalities, and the minimum one hour per visit as standard, allows us to form real relationships with our clients.
Care plans are constantly monitored and adapted to ensure clients are receiving everything they need, when they need it, and encouraged to maintain independence at every stage. Clients families are kept informed on every visit, using the mobile app, which care professionals log every detail of every visit, giving that peace of mind that loved ones are being well cared for.
The office staff are brilliant - knowledgeable, proactive, sensitive and professional. I am so proud to work for such a fantastic company.

I have worked for Rugby Home Instead now for 3 years. The support I have received from day 1 has been above and beyond. I joined the company with no experience in care and have gone on to have been awarded my level 3 in health and social Care as well as my City in Guilds Dementia Care training. I can honestly say, i love my job!
