Sold to my late mother after knocking on her door, she decided it must be good because there was a government grant, now when we went to sell the house, buyer refused mortgage due to this insulation in the loft, house classed as unmortgagable as roof timbers can't be inspected, had to have it all removed and re-inspected to allow us to sell her house. I spoke to homelogic about all this and they sent me some paperwork I could have knocked up in a few hours about how it's legal and that took them 3 weeks to send me that email. The government should have removed the grant but instead they just said on the government website to check if this will effect you getting a mortgage, so they know but just don't care. Stay clear of this insulation, one day it might become legal but right now it's not.
