EDIT: March 24th (84 days after order). Seller did not respond to my emails, did not receive refund or ordered items. Trying to get charge back with a credit card. At the same time communicating with European Consumer Centres to resolve issue.
EDIT: March 1st website ignore letters, no tracking, no shipment.
EDIT After homeovet response: First of all, For the love of god respond to my e-mails so we could communicate privately.
But regards your response, How 38 days are normal? According to common sense in world, for international shipping you receive tracking number instantly. You said "terms of delivery at the risk of the purchaser." and its true, but to mitigate risks I need tracking information. It is first respond from your team in 1 month. You Didn't inform me that you already shipped products and I'm not even talking about tracking information. And without tracking I cant deal with customs. At the same time according to EU laws I have right to receive refund since I did not receive package in 30 Days. And it doesn't matter if you already shipped, in addition if in tracking I will see that shipment was submitted to post after Jan 27 (when i asked for refund), this will mean that you ignored my legal right. When I'm making this edit its been 8 w.d. since I requested refund. Postnl ships to my location in 8w.d. If I don't receive any information/shipment within this week it will mean that you are lying about shipment. I might be forced to contact law enforcement to resolve this issue.
It seems like Homeovet.international is the owner of .eu site too. Since .EU website can redirect you to homeovet.international. Ordered medicine 37 days ago. Their website states that shipments leave warehouse within 7 working days. After 5 working days I contacted them to make sure that they have all required information. They responded within one hour stating that shipping will begin from January 23. On Jan 27 I have contacted them asking for refund, Since i didn't receive any tracking or any other information. After that i left two additional emails that they ignored. They are failing to meet EU laws. Overall, I still didn't receive my order or any further information.
