Our experience with purchasing and the delivery was fantastic, the ladies in the shop were extremely helpful, and the lads who delivered Nick & Rad were friendly, professional, placing the furniture where we wanted it, informed us on checking the goods ( but no need it was all perfect). Easy to order, always well made furniture. Staff made it very easy to collect as the staff assisted with loeading into car. When I've had furniture delivered, it has always been easy to arrange and placed in room of choice.

The item l am very pleased with but the men who delivered it were arrogant they dropped the unit off and left,they were supposed to unpack it and take the packaging away. We are in our 70s and found it difficult to get out of the box.

The delivery driver was solo for a 2…
The delivery driver was solo for a 2 man delivery. So I had to help with 3 very large, very heavy boxes.
The amount of packaging was extreme.
One strand of rattan was broken on the rear of the sofa, so had started to unravel. The product is good, but the broken strand is very disappointing.

First time shopping with Home Plus. Bought the Lombok bedside tables and chest of draws. Gorgeous furniture, expensive but worth every penny - high quality and made with solid wood. Delivered within a couple of weeks and came fully built.

Archie Garden Furniture
I've had excellent customer service from start to finish with Home Plus Ashford. I rang to check on my order several times and was always given accurate information. Vicky in customer services was absolutely fantastic—nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to help with every enquiry. Five stars for her!
A big thank you also to Nick and Ruddock, the delivery drivers. They arrived on time, kept me updated, unpacked my furniture, and even helped place it in the perfect spot in my garden. Their service really went above and beyond.
The garden furniture is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Excellent communication, outstanding customer service, and a fantastic delivery experience. I highly recommend Home Plus Ashford and will definitely shop with them again!

Superb service
Superb service, had a phone call before delivery day confirming delivery. I was then send a 3 hr time slot, then, on the day the couriers rang me, giving me an expected time and they were spot on.
The wooden bookcase is just perfect. Would certainly order from here again.

Really good service and kept updated regarding delivery. Received confirmation and phone call prior to delivery. Items arrived on time and the delivery team were excellent, Very friendly, helpful and took care with taking items upstairs not to knock walls. I will definitely be ordering again.

Bought a teak bench with cushion, choice of colours, went for green. Really pleased with the quality of both, easy to assemble and sturdy. Delivery took a few days, company kept in touch. Delivery cost was £35 but the price including delivery was still highly competitive. Very pleased overall, would recommend

Really professional service from start…
Really professional service from start to finish. I placed my order on line. Within an hour or so I got a phone call to arrange my delivery. Day of delivery my piece of furniture was delivered. Guys delivering very helpful placed it exactly where asked. It was packed really good so furniture was protected. Once unwrapped and in location the quality of my cabinet is really good. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love the Gloucester furniture.
Had a couple of hiccups but it was sorted very quickly. Vicky in the office was brilliant. Such a caring lady. So helpful. She went above and beyond to sort my furniture for me. I most definitely would recommend homeplus furniture. I've seen a dining room table and chairs I would like once I've paid for my living room furniture. Both times the delivery guys have been respectful of my home. Thank you.

Very good the furniture was delayed by about 3 weeks but they kept us informed. The actual tall boy is a beautiful quality and around £160 cheaper than other suppliers . Really pleased with it .
