Great apartment in fantastic location with beautiful view.

Amazing apartment in a great location.
Very clean, spacious with a fantastic view of the sea.
Close to the beach and many restaurants. However also very quiet at night.
Homerti staff were very responsive to my queries from start to finish.
Helped arrange airport transfers at a good price too.
Air conditioning in lounge also kept the bedroom cool at night.
Highly recommend this apartment. 5star.

Great communication and easy to deal with.

Amazingly posh villa with marvelous furniture, hugh end tech equipment. Kitchen supplies were top notch, nothing was missing. The atmosphere was magic andcwe felt at homr , enjoying cizy evenings on a huge terrace

Great service they managed the villa we rented on airbnb. The villa was faultless. They replied to all queries straight away no matter the time, really helpful in arranging early check in and late check out. No problems at all!

Beautiful villa, comfortable and well appointed with landscaped garden. Great patio and pool area. The covered veranda with ceiling fans gave excellent boat watching and respite from the heat. Well situated in a quiet residential area and a short walk from restaurants, the marina area and a small but reasonably stocked shop.
The larger supermarket is a few minutes drive away. Apart from a couple of small niggles, it is a highly recommendable property and we enjoyed our week.

Perfect location and perfect for our stay as a place to go back and sleep and freshen up! Love finding affordable accommodation in expensive places!! Never would have been able to visit this beautiful place! Already planning to come back at least twice, thank you!

Quick, straight forward and easy

We had a very nice stay here!

Wonderful property, spacious area, convenient driveway and beautiful night-lit pool. Lots of space for a large family to enjoy their vacation. Easy to access by car. Nice that there were welcome snacks. 3 shower rooms with wc. Shower gel provided. Good bed linen, towels for shower, pool and also beaches.
Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, but it was +35 Celsius outside. No warnings about 2 cats living on the property. One of the guests was allergic to cat hair. Recommended clearer information about drinking water, washing machine location, lock box key location and code, availability of spare toilet paper.

The house was fabulous but we had several questions for Homerti before we got there and the answers were incorrect - we asked if there was sun umbrellas & pool towels an Homer to answered no to both when actually there were - also there was a huge amount of information on recycling but nothing to say where the recycling areas were ??

Beautiful villa - spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything needed for a great stay. Pool is big enough for lilos.
A welcome Mallorca cake and drinks on arrival.
I have booked with Homerti every year over past 4 years and again for next year.

We have always received good service from Homerti but sometimes you only find out how good the service really is when something goes wrong. We had 2 problems this year and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently thanks to Joan & Luis.

This is our third visit to Mulholland Villa using Homerti and this one was as good as the other two. The villa and its gardens are beautiful, both exceptionally well maintained . The location is great, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, the beach and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend

Customer service spot on. Quick answer and NO problems during our stay. House was great for a family. Lovely neighbours, quiet residential area and clean and had all what we needed. We even could see the fiestas big firework display from the balcony. Perfect holiday ❤️
