The villa was amazingly clean
I like the traditional feel to the house with some modern aspects such as air conditioning
I would say air conditioning downstairs would be good idea just because it did get very hot and the fans were not always effective. It didn’t spoil our time at all
The pool would benefit from a handrail I don’t realise how deep the steps to get in were so I struggled to get in and out with my mobility. Otherwise I would go back again
The peacocks in the garden were a pleasure and two friendly cats the aame

Company kept us informed all the way & were very helpful in accommodating a special request we put to them.
All in all they made our holiday run very smoothly.

Everything was straightforward and I had no issues. I would be happy to use Homerti again in the future

Lovely villa on the hill above Estepona. Very well equipped and owner responded quickly to all questions and provided items asked for.
Some furniture could do with renewing but mist things worked, Externally the sunloungers were very saggy and the shower didn't work and the pool W/C door wouldn't close. Niggles rather than major issues.

Great tranquil place with a magic atmosphere. If you are looking for space and a romantic sunset this is your spot! Also might be great for family celebrations renting the whole property.

Great spot, close-ish to the city center. Everything was great, except that there was one shower for 6 people.

We stayed in casa hector a beautiful clean villa in a great location close to shops bars restaurants and beaches. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble .

Communication was clear, prompt and helpful. The Villa was as described and like the images. The location was very good. Would confidently recommend to others based on our experience .

Beautiful stunning villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay , great pool lots of loungers fantastic mechanical bbq even an outside loo with shower, the stairway with the walls and flooring are a sight to be seen . It’s essential that you have a car as it will be to far to walk with shopping, visit puerto pollensa, great restaurants there and there’s a fantastic golf club just 40 minutes away , could not recommend highly enough

Appartement location is great within 200 meters from the harbour and boulevard, parking was no problem nearby small public parking lot, liked to know that in advanced.
Not every bedroom has airconditioning. Just one, the other one had a ventilator.
2 bathrooms is great!
Kitchen is well equiped but I missed some basics like a kitchen towel, pepper, salt, oil. We bought it and left it for the next guests.
The ammount of deposit 300€ is a lot, for me that is a downside.
You need definetly a car to reach the bigger supermarkets like Lidl of Mercadona or to see the beautiful coast line and beaches of Mallorca.
