Couldn't have wished for a better experience buying from Kim at the Church view Bramford development. Nothing was much trouble and the site manager Dan also took time out to explain the tech in our new home.

My partner and I have just bought our first home from Hopkins, in Needham Market. We can’t fault our experience from start to finish. Right from the start, Vikkie went out of her way to do everything possible to make our experience positive. She negotiated on our behalf for some wonderful incentives and kept us updated throughout the buying process. Now that we have our house, we couldn’t have hoped for a better quality house to call our first home. Thank you!

Im not sure how these homes got awards. There are houses with TOILETS right at the front of the house, with MASSIVE windows so you can never open the blinds. The loose gravel on driveways blocks the sewage drains for whole roads and the council wont take over.

The CHIDLREN'S play park has massive boulders for children to slip on-no slides or swings????

There are massive holes for.rats in the walls behind radiators.

Decorative tops to houses that cause leaks in the roof.

Outrageous for modern day house prices.

Having dealt with Mandy, the sale was really smooth, she is on top of dates of completions of everything, and will send reminders, information on how far the build is etc, a real help when you are working full time. Thanks Mandy for your wonderful help, I shall miss you when the office closes down.

I have recently bought on the Bramford site having purchased four new builds previously from various developers. I can honestly say that Hopkins homes have been the best quality. Inevitably when you buy a new property, there are always snagging issues but these are dealt with by site and customer service services expediently and without complaint. Kim and Dan, on site, are fantastic and can never do enough to help.

I would like to say thank you to Mandy Smith from Hopkins Homes. We bought our Hopkins Homes house a year ago and throughout the whole buying process she was very helpful, patient, friendly and the great service has also continued post completion. We felt and still feel well looked after and still go to her for any queries that we have or bits that need sorting. Thank you Mandy!

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome. Mandy Smith was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process, helping with the sale of our old house and purchase of the new Hopkins Dunton. It was a very smooth and fast process assisting with the handover was Deputy Site Manager Cameron who again helped thing flow smoothly and looked after us during and after the purchase. Mandy continues to be friendly and helpful with any queries we have even after being here for almost eight months now. I would definitely recommend Hopkins for ease of purchase and a quality finish.

The whole process of buying our Hopkins home from initially visiting the sales office to moving in day went very smoothly. Mandy is professional, friendly and very helpful. Communication was good and our questions were answered promptly.

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door to meet Mandy, the handover and the first 6 week check with Cameron, all issues were sorted very quickly. Both Mandy and Cameron we very helpful and didnt mind answering my 'silly' questions even now! We have now been in our new home over 8 months and have had very few issues. Even living next to a unbuilt house it was made sure the area was tidy and did not disturb us. We even enjoyed the contractor whistling christmas songs in December!

The first time we visited the showrooms at Church View, Bramford and picked up the site plan ,we knew we would like to Purchase a Hopkins Home there .We were very impressed with the high standards and superb quality of the Houses.
The customer service we have received from Kim has been exceptional, extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. Kim is always quick to respond to any questions and queries, offering lots of help and advice .Her wealth of experience has been very much appreciated .

I saw Kim yesterday at church view. We are looking to relocate from Colchester, so doing lots of research. We were so impressed with the development offering lots of open space and the build quality was spot on. Even though we are at the beginning of our journey, Kim took the time to show us options within our budget. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable, so much so that my wife and I are getting our house valued to go on the market and hopefully purchase at Church View very soon!! Thanks Kim for helping us decide, albeit quicker than we thought :)

The house designs and infrastructure are very modernized. The sale team is also very patient and helpful. We totally love our experience with Hopkins Homes (Abbots Vale development at Bury St Edmunds).
