I have just recently purchased my first home in Halesworth, chediston place. It was an amazing experience, I went into the office and saw Beth we spoke to her one day and knew from then she was going to be amazing! She helped us with everything, went through everything with a fine tooth comb and nothing was too much trouble, we used to ring Beth constantly just for updates on the property and it was never too much for her to have a chat about the progress or any other enquiries we had. Being first time buyers it was a big jump for us but Beth made the whole experience so relaxing and just so worth while. Even after we had bought the house when I saw her in passing she would always stop and chat and make sure everything was okay. Without Beth we wouldn’t be where we are now and I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much Beth.

Recently, we have visited a number of new build sites around the Bury St Edmunds area, looking for a four bed home. Hopkins Homes design and build quality lived up to their reputation and a special mention to Jason and Nathaniel , who provided a very professional and responsive service. They were always available to answer questions, accompany us on site or to chase up any queries. Even though ultimately we decided the plot and early construction of the site were not suitable for ourselves as a retired couple, we never felt pressured and believe that they deserve a very positive review from our experience.

From when we first had are appointment With Bethany who showed us several properties we were interested in she helped us focus on the property which we are now sitting in.
Whenever we see Bethany on the site she still asks us how we are and anything she can do for us.

A few weeks ago we popped in to have a nosey round the show room! Today we have just reserved our Hopkins home, having sold through the move easy scheme.

Jenna has been amazing through out, keeping us informed at every stage. The whole process has been so quick and smooth.

We have looked at lots of new build sites, and were some what underwhelmed, I can only say the “Hopkins experience” is like no other, it’s the little things that really make a difference.

We can’t wait to move in!

Hopkins homes are beautifully designed both inside & out!
The landscaping and the surrounding area are also fabulously thought through. The builders are friendly too but I must also make a mention to the marketing & sales team - Ann, who I met initially, Jenna Collins who took me through all the initial paperwork, both of them were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & relaxed all at the same time which is what you need when buying a new home. Also, a nod to Jason, never met him but his correspondence is informative, helpful & puts you at ease. I would not hesitate to call the marketing team for some friendly advice during the purchasing process. I cannot wait to move into my new home 😄
