Asked multiple times about ordering correct button colour and ended up ordering three set of buttons. Unless air vest goes off will never purchase another product. I have purchased clothes, backpack, etc. Too bad.

My experience was superb
My experience was superb! I emailed the company and got a response back, and the rep, Kate, called me back as well. Kate was so helpful as she asked me to send her photos of my daughter wearing the twistair vest. She was able to look at it from all angles and assess the fit. Then we had a FaceTime call to discuss changing the cartridge after she had already sent me the ‘how to’ video. As a mom, I felt more at ease being able to talk to someone so helpful. My daughter absolutely loves the air vest and is confident riding in it. Thank you Horse Pilot and Kate for all your help!
