They canceled my hosting mid-contract
They canceled my hosting mid-contract, claiming that they emailed me about a potential upgrade. I never received said email. Regardless, even if they had (which they hadn't) they can't just delete my entire website with all my work on it in the middle of my hosting contract. I have several months left on the contract and now everything I had is just gone. poof.
I would highly recommend people considering Hostpoco to take their business elsewhere.

Loss of information
Loss of information, service is slow. When I told them my information exists, we are going to regularize it because they hadn't changed my payment terms. They deleted my information and that of my clients.
For 3 year hosting contracts they will cancel it after 1.5 years
This is a really bad and scamme host. I bought a 3 year hosting contract in August of 2023. Then my service was suspended.
When I wrote a ticket why my service was suspended they answered a couple of days later saying that they don't give any discounts. They just ignored my answer that my hosting contract was still valid. This is a pure scam. They will generally do that after 1.5 years have passed so that no payment provider can give you a refund.

The worst hosting provider I have ever seen
I recently had a terrible experience with HostPoco.com, the worst hosting service I've encountered in nearly 12 years of web development. At first, the low price drew me in, but the service quality is horrendous. My site is down most of the time, making it incredibly unreliable.
When I contacted their customer support about my site being down, they responded with a dismissive and unprofessional message:
"We are no longer offering old price plans, either upgrade your plan to upgraded pricing and move away to different provider."
This was despite the fact that I still have nearly 6 months left on my current plan. It was set to expire in end of January 2025.
It's clear that HostPoco is trying to force customers to pay more without providing any real improvements in service. Their approach feels like a tactic to squeeze more money out of users. The low cost initially seemed like a good deal, but it came with low performance and poor service quality. I strongly advise against using HostPoco.com for hosting. They're unreliable and unprofessional, and their business practices are highly questionable.
