Will not upgrade their new high prices…

Will not upgrade their new high prices from $12 to $30 - 60 a year because cpanel and my website is always down must of the time. They want me to pay their new fees before the end of the year period. I will not come back again sorry.I can build a website more reliable hosting at home with linux.

It took 3 months before I was able to move my domain.

After allot of hassle and waiting for replies.
(Regular response time is about 2 weeks).

I was finally able to move my domain to another registrar.

I've sended an email every 2 days. Replies only came every week or 2 weeks.

The 1 -2 business days is a lie.
I assume this is a one man company.
Because hostpoco is renting from another company called "PublicDomainRegistry.com"

Without their help, I would never be able to get my domain back.

hostpoco is a thief

they are thieves. if you purchase a hosting package from them, they will take your money and ask you to leave from their hosting service. Discounts and promos are all fake.

Decline in Customer Support Responsiveness After Initial Service Purchase

Initially, they were very responsive when I first purchased their service. However, three months later, they stopped responding to my tickets and addressing the issues related to their hosting. Despite opening three separate tickets, I have not received any replies. The only person I have been able to communicate with regarding the tickets is Kiya Walker. This lack of support has been quite frustrating and disappointing. Stay away with this bait.

Worst Hosting Service Ever

Been a customer since June 2023, hosting email on two domains. Service has gone down 3x in the last year, each time lasting 5-7 days. Support is totally non-responsive. Last straw was them suspending my account for not paying the renewal fee, without even once sending me an email telling me so. I spent a week sending emails and tickets to Support thinking it was a technical issue. Dumped them today, went to another provider.

Suspend my account without a reason

My account was suddenly suspended without any reason or notification. Despite opening multiple tickets, I have received no response. I have been a customer for one year, with my subscription valid until 2026.

Bad service, The support contact's name is Kiya Walker. My website was suspended, it's not clear until now, even though the expiry date is still December 2024, why has it been suspended on May 24? This is criminal, billing abuse

Site failure

1. My site constantly stops, showing a message that it is suspended.
2. My SSL does not apply on the home page.
3. I have tried to use a form I was using before migration but it won't work.

Fraudulent Activity and Lack of Service by HostPoco

I purchased a Pro hosting plan from HostPoco on May 2nd, 2024, expecting reliable hosting services. However, since my purchase, HostPoco has failed to deliver any of the promised services. My attempts to contact customer support have been consistently ignored, with no responses to any of my inquiries.

This lack of service and communication has significantly disrupted my business activities and strongly suggests a potential scam operation. I am highly dissatisfied and urge others to be cautious before engaging with HostPoco. Despite seeking a full refund and the EPP code to transfer my domain name, I have not received any response from HostPoco.

I paid for a 3 year plan but they lock my website asking for more money!

I paid for a 3 year plan, the first 2 years was ok, nothing different from other hosting providers, on the 3 year they increased the prices and locked my website asking for payment on the difference on the priced I paid and the increase they did.

If I paid for a 3 year service plan in advance you should honor those 3 years. They had my website hold until a new payment with their increase was done. Since I didn't have my domain with them I just moved to a different hosting provider.

Never again I would get any of their services.

They breached the contract

They suspended my service due to "rising prices" except they didn't ask for new price when my service date ended and started a new one. They stopped it in the MIDDLE of service and hold me hostage and force to upgrade.

Hostpoco.com is the WORST server I have ever seen!

This is a long story and if you don’t want to read it, reread that first line and take my word for it. Stay away from Hostpoco.

I deleted all my web pages a few years ago and just kept two domains. Since all I wanted was email, I chose a cheap server for that. A little over $17 a year for each domain.

It started out great but after a while I noticed my email was down. I would submit a Service Ticket and in a day or two it would be restored. Each time I would also be locked out of my Cpanel. It kept happening more and more and the days of no service kept getting longer. Four or five days. Seven or eight days. Ten or twelve days. The last time was eighteen days. When the service gets restored, all the email for those days was lost.

Then they told me they were raising the rates on hosting and I hadn’t paid. Mind you, I had no pages hosted and they never sent me an invoice. I reminded them of that. No services restored. Then they said there was a Cpanel charge I hadn’t paid. Again, no invoice. After weeks, they finally gave me an invoice of $63.30 for Cpanel service. I paid it. No service.

I submitted numerous Service Tickets and sent a lot of support email request. All ignored. I really wanted to transfer my domains to a different company but the domains were locked and I couldn’t get EPP codes. Eventually after months of trying they sent me EPP codes but I was still locked out of the CPanel so I couldn’t transfer the domains.

They did everything they could to deny me service and refuse to help in any way. I finally after the last round of eighteen days got the Cpanel restored and submitted transfer to another company. That should be almost instantaneous but it still hasn’t happened.

After I had access to my Cpanel again I requested a transfer of my domains to another server. That server put in the request. The request has to be answered in 5 days so Hostpoco waited to the very last minute to allow the transfer.

I am now on a new server and thankful my nightmare with Hostpoco is finally over. I wish I could give them less than one star.

Terrible service

Terrible service, they do not respond to tickets or emails, I have my email blocked and they tell me that I must renew the license but it expires in July and I request support and they do not respond.
