Good Company fast service but it wasn't good for my budget sorry to have to go, but good company though.

My dad and I enrolled for the full trial packages on May 3rd then we cancelled all on next day since we did not happy with their services and until now they have not refund the money to us. We already contacted them three times. Stay away from them!

I used their service for about 1 month, then they suspended my account without any notification. My files are gone now and I don't have any access to the account anymore.
The support is silent after I asked for a refund. I tried to contact them by ticket and mail for over 1 month now without any answer. I contacted my local police department according to what happen but they said it's hard to get the money back because the company is complacently fake and located somewhere in India.

For everyone else please stay away from this company.

Cheap awful hosting .

Worst Ever Service i have ever Used. Avoid this Company. Its a big Scam. I message their online chat and they blocked me. No one is refunding the amount. No one is replying the Tickets for several weeks. Just Avoid. Servers r always down. Dont Purchase any of the Packages. Otherwise you will lose your money.

Its very disappointing. I dont have refund after request the warranty. Its very so bad services.

Cheap hosting, very good page speed, no problem so far!

Not anlim ordered the Premium service, it turned out to be limited to 10 GB with a bandwidth of 100 GB. Why not immediately write that this is NOT ANLIM! I want to return the money those support is silent.

The service stopped working for weeks, so I linked my domain to another host and when the hosting returned to work, I asked for a refund but they didn't refund me and they said that "point your domain to our services and all should be fine for you" !!

If you want free hosting, it's okay to try to practice how to manage your website and solve your own problems because they don't answer tickets until after 24 hours or more and when hosting stops working, there's nothing to lose.

If you are going to pay the money, I advise you to stay away and go to host that have a technical support team cares about customers and committed to what they says from the guarantee of refund and other.

Don't be fooled by the low price, what's the use of a little price with bad customer service?

I recovered my money after several attempts to contact support.

Also, I have discovered that hosting has not stopped working but does not work all over the world so I currently use VPN to access the hostpoco website.

I am on a FREE plan but yet, I am enjoying the service immensely. There has never been a day where I had my website offline for some server issues (like you face with some other hosting companies). With all sincerity, HOSTPOCO is reliable, their support system is on point too. I'd recommend HOSTPOCO to anyone and everyone any day!
