I am always looking for the best price-quality ratio. Hostzealot fully meets my requirements. The leased dedicated servers demonstrate excellent performance under high load. The network is stable, delays are minimal. I appreciated the professionalism of the support team, which is always in touch. A very reliable partner.

I was a customer of HostZealot for several years and used multiple VPS servers with them. Unfortunately, my experience ended very poorly.

Out of the blue, my VPS servers were suspended because the IP address appeared on a Spamhaus list. However, the reason for this was simply that the server hostname was not configured as a fully qualified domain name (FQDN). In other words, it was just a DNS configuration issue, not spam activity.

After I explained this to them, the server was restarted. However, shortly afterwards it was automatically suspended again for exactly the same reason. The same thing happened with other servers as well.

Since it was clear that this situation was not workable, I asked them to at least stop the automatic renewal of those VPS servers. Instead, they completely deleted the servers even though several months of service had already been paid for.

What made this even worse is that I was not even given the opportunity to recover my data before the servers were deleted.

Instead of working together to resolve what was essentially a minor DNS configuration issue, they repeatedly suspended the servers and ultimately removed them while the services were still paid for.

For me, this was a very disappointing experience and an example of very poor customer handling.

I bought a VPS, but by mistake I selected a country outside of Europe. I requested a change the same day and they want to charge me €5, when the one I had cost me more because it was in Dubai, outside of Europe.

After cancelling the hosting service they continued to take money using paypal recurring charges Yet they did not issue any invoices within their portal.
Update - after requesting refund the full amount for the 5 months was refunded on the same day.

Technical support is not very helpful, servers seem to be down for no obvious reason, and it's difficult to prove your innocence. I would not recommend using this host until they replace Kristina E. and Alex K., and hire a more qualified specialist.

By purchasing a server from this company, you run the risk of receiving an IP address that is listed on spam or blacklists, which could lead to your server being shut down by the company. This is a disappointing aspect of their technical support.

The company is registered in the EU and is owned by Ukrainians. The support sometimes takes a long time to respond, sometimes inadequately. Constantly arguing with the buyer, not answering on the merits. Trying to teach life lessons instead of providing services.

We've been using a virtual server for over a year now and have never regretted choosing HostZealot. The speed is high, the ping is excellent, and website run smoothy even during peak loads. The DDoS protection is top-notch; our sites have never gone down.
