Hotbit stole my coins worth 10000 usd.
They have some stupid explanation of stealing as their defend with no customer service.
They have stolen millions of dollars doing this.
Stay away from them they r doing it hiding in china no wonder where those luxury cars and lifestyle comes from.

Both the site and app are very scammy.

After my first deposit about a third of my btc disappeared once it reached hotbit

I will avoid in future and learned my first lesson not to deal with these people

Missing USDT withdrawal
I deposited HNT which I mined using my rak miner to hotbit to it to usdt . After I tried to withdrawal my usdt and hotbit frozen my account this is the first time this has ever happened to me now my 800$ is lost

This exchange banned my account and stole my money, I contact them but they don’t respond, this exchange managed by bunch of scammers.

They let you trade and make money after that they find a reason to lock you out and seize your money.

Customer support won’t help and usually don’t respond at all.

you will find hundreds of sites and social media accounts claimed that they are real Hotbit officials.

This is bullsh*** full of scam projects. Service is f** Dont invest a single penny on hotbit

I purchased 3M shiba inu tokens and 51 trx but when the tokens rose in price, my wallet had zero balance. I tried contacting the support team but no response up to now. I would recommend anyone who want to trade cryptos to keep off from hotbit otherwise you will cry alone. It's a SCAM for sure. please keep off.

The worst customer service ever, I lost my phone number which I've registered with, I contacted them to change it and I send all the required papers and I heard nothing from them afterwards.

Great customer support, very responsive. I, like many people that wrote horrible reviews thought my funds had disappeared but i opened a ticket about it, the support team responded right away and i was able to locate my funds and remove them, and have since used hotbit to move other funds from Coinbase to my wallet. This site is legit, and has a great responsive support team.

Ran up 200% profits on catgirl. Hotbit ate 201% of the profit. Stick to pancake swap.

Just don't trust them you'll know if you lose your money And then they send you an email to verify to steal your accounts And send you an email to verify your vault. They are the same owners as sparkle pandas They will plant money into your account they are robbing millions of people By planting a key In your investment wallet. Do not cash that in or open it or move it or transfer it leave it there.. Then create a new account once you empty it Leave the keynote money there They planted.

Hotbit sells coins on its platform that cannot be transferred from their platform to another wallet. These coins are then also completely illiquid on their platform, so that you can not get rid of them unless you sell them completely below the price or wait weeks until they are sold out. If you contact the service about this issue, you will only receive standard answers instead of concrete suggestions for solutions. In my opinion, they should give you back your initial assets. For me the whole thing borders on fraud.

You can't say this platfrom is he exchange he's scam, I have my token deposit at die Scheisen platfrom, and if I wanted to sell the tokens it says you have no balance then (It must be a 1000000 multiplier)

So you guys will recommend use OKEX or Binance ot gate much better than the bad platfrom. and when you deposti your token the foot is so high

Charged 400 dollars to withdraw 2000. Such a ripoff
