Not allowed to withdrawl whenever i want. High withdrawl fees. Lacks trading volume. The worst exchange I´ve used.

Garbage and shouldn't be in business. I've been waiting over 25 hours for my withdrawal and still hasn't completed. It's stuck on verifying... there's nothing fishy about my transaction. I'm withdrawing to the same address within my wallet. I rarely use Hotbit and I've encountered this issue twice already. You contact support and are just told to wait... I'm losing money whilst my assets are stuck in limbo! Stay away if possible.

I've been using Hotbit for a couple of month and I have nothing else but a good experience. I had to deal with customer services and it did take 3 days for them to get back to me but they did solve the problem. They've got really good "investment" coins. Not saying it's legit and whatever else I'm just stating I've had a very good experience with them

I changed my phone, google authenticator is gone, even i still have the same number and transaction records, and provided them all the ID proofs, they still not respond to my emails and tickets to recover my account! Tiket# 已更新您的請求（#510823）

Utterly dreadful. Their app is not supported by Apple and their exchange asks you to login multiple times where your wallet is basically invisible.

Hotbit exchange a true discover. You can find very interesting and innovative coins, if you manage well your account you can trade being paid (negative fees - maker role) and for withdrawals you can use BSC network with very low fees. But best of all are the investment opportunities.

Very bad don’t putt your time and money in this , be careful this is the biggest scammer website. You can’t take your money back if they give you free coin still not worth it.

The huge price spread in this exchange ate my 8% up profit, it was so annoying to see my profit was 8% gone right in front of my eyes down in this exchange compared to other exchange because it has got no volume

it's good app for alt coins ,hard to get ones,the charts need an update ,there horrible to use on a phone ,but I would say most of the low stars are because there trying to sell an alt coin with no volume which mean no money in the coin no matter what the price is,there not a scam but need to use all my high fees they charge for a complete over haul ,and maybe a warning for coins that u may be able to buy but not sell that day for day traders ,always check volume

Hotbit has frequent downtime and has many nervous aboute the site. This xchange has only been around three years and going through growing pain. I've personally spoke to one of the officers at Hotbit and I genuinely believe they are striving to be in the top 2 platform. I've personally had no issues with the exchanges and withdrawals and now earning a very high return on my investments. Withdrawals have never been an issue and no funds were ever lost by anyone. They will be some bumps in the road to success, but I believe they will do very well in the end.

I really do not know why people are complaining about HOTBIT. am always on the app 24/7. The platform it fine and the mobile app just makes everything easy for me.. I just try to stay out of the ETF investment or mining… all I do is trade it’s safe.

I got taken for a ride by this website. This place is associated with other "pumping" websites. When I tried to collect my money, they refuse to transfer it

Scammers Listed kaiken inu then they Delisted & I lose my money Same thing happen With SFMONEY I LOSE IN BOTH COIN they list fake coins and Scam people's

Expect to wait at least a couple of days to be able to withdraw your crypto.

I do not understand all the 1 stars comments.
I have been 2 years with hotbit.io and I am very satisfied.
Very cheap transfer fees.
They got hacked a couple of months ago, everybody was shouting "scam!scam!", but I got my funds back within 10 days, and I consider this exchange stronger than ever.
Do not listen to people saying they are not legit, they do not know what they are talking about.
Excellent support, in English -a bit slow maybe.

i bought Hokkaido inu here i have 340000000 coins it's price something around is $6000000 of all my coins but this scam Chinese exchange scamed me they stucked there price at 0.635958nusd stop trading in this scam Chinese app. this is scam totally scam exchange. I could be a millionaire but my trust on hotbit doesn't made me a millionaire this is scam exchange scam exchange stop trading on it

After not touching my account for 2 years I've had the terrible suprise that they closed it whilst there are still funds on it!

Deposited xlm to hotbit wallet and used my UID as the memo.
didnt arrive so after a day i put in a support ticket. they replied that if i didnt put my UID as memo they will deposit it in 3 months.
I replied that i did, supplied the trans ID for stellar. They replied be patient it will be 3 months if you didnt use a memo.
I put in a complaint ticket that i DID use a memo. They replied wait 3 months (this time in Bold).
It was only $100, but still, i will never use or recommend them to anyone.
Switch over to LBank instead, registered, deposited traded and withdrew all within 30 mins. low fees too.
