Hotbit Exchange 

Scammed by hotbit took the 38000 usd from my account and others to turn into deficit under the pretext of some alleged police investigation of a "former employee" they have kept it for nearly a year now with no sign of getting it back.

Kept 1000usdt from me that i put in to invest and turned it into some sort of deficit and when i go to retrive it says 0 usdt!! Reading comments on their Twitter from other investors made me realise there are hundreds or thousands of people who are in the same situation and when anyone raises it on twitter they BLOCK their profiles.

The platform is managed by lazy, incompetent imbeciles:

Approximately 7 weeks ago; I paid $50 to withdraw around $600 of AAC Tokens- The withdrawal still hasn't been initiated.

Junk 3rd world rip off operation lost money before high money with Shiba inu because these damn losers were hacked like twice in less than 6 months and now they don't answer my emails avoid at any cost low liquidity and horrible customer service and 4th world security they should be shut down ok damn cockroaches

I have buy coins days ago ,
Still I can't withdraw them .because of this I also can't stake them .this is not the first time .

My Worst Exchange of the century, Criminals, Manipulate your funds! Can't perform market execution!

Hotbit Exchange has been performing "node maintenance" on the SHIBABONE asset since November 2022.

In all that time SHIBABONE cannot be withdrawn.

At the same time SHIBABONE is trading at a 20% lower price than the market (and any other Exchange) on Hotbit.

I have spoken to Hotbit Support, this is their repeated line: "Please wait patiently for our further announcement. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding."

They have zero idea if / when any customer will be able to withdraw SHIBABONE. People on Twitter say this is a scam.

Guys, they are stealing money from people. My money is stuck with them. I'm not sure if I will get my money back... Please be aware and never invest into this scam website

I have(had) 1897 Dero Coins frozen in Hotbit exchange due to update. As per Dero developers, this update has been done last year already, long ago but Hotbit is not even in contact with developers anymore., since July 2022 cant do anything with it, they keep lying and do Nothing.

Hotbit exchange is withelding around 18000€ of mine for no reason, all I get for last 10months from them : if we get news, we will inform you.

Is there a way to give 0 stars ? If you read this, stay away from this scam exchange!!! They "lock" currencies when they run out of liquidity, the say nodes are "maintenance" (for many months already - yes, you read that right, months) and they blocked all contrary opinions on Telegram. You were warned!!! PS: they have HUGE fees for withdrawals.

Locked up a five figure amount of the usdt I had on their exchange, along with the money of many others. Been over half a year now. There's been no further communication, nor any comforting information, even though they promised transparency. I advise everyone to stay a long way away from this platform. These are not the people you want handling your money.

Exactly the same issue right now. I got scammed 2500 usdt. I m not sending eth of course they will find another excuse after. Just lost it stay away. :(

Made a USDT deposit into my wallet using the address provided, after 24hrs deposit is yet to arrive so I contacted support, they claimed I used wrong Contract Address and as a result I need to send 0.2Eth approx $400 to retrieve the USDT coins they stole. They are a FRAUD and SCAM, Beware!"

Some telegram groups… help me to trade on this and make profit…. But once you invest you will not able to withdraw any money.

Their exchange is a complete memory/CPU hog on my computer and it stops refreshing after a certain time and getting it to restart is hard.

We had problems trying to figure out how to get the money over to another wallet so I could deposit into my bank account and when I emailed them, they didn't understand ANY ENGLISH.

Also, due to their terrible layout in my account, it looks like I traded BTC when I didn't. We lost a whole day and another hour trying to ask around why that would be only to figure out later that it just "reads" as if I traded BTC, not USDT. TERRIBLE ENGLISH AGAIN.

All they said was send screenshots. How does ME sending them SSs help them understand what the problem is if they DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH???

Finally someone there did understand English, but I think it's one guy and that's it. Every other time (3 in total) the person/people were clueless.

And I'm not talking didn't understand 50%, they didn't understand 80% of what I said.

For anyone who says they don't respond to emails, I don't know, they respond to me ALL the time, they are just CLUELESS and illiterate!

Not only withdrawal problem but also they are asking for extra fees ,chelseamathers 852 (atgmail) would like to thank him for the withdrawal solution he made.

I was trying to do arbitrage on BONE and TYRANT and found out Hotbit has all these tokens blocked to withdraw. Aparently this has been going on since november 2022 and they claim they're under node maintenance, these are all ERC20 tokens which raises a lot of questions. At this point and time I highly doubt I have the correct contract on my account or that they have any of the tokens in custody.

STAY AWAY!

Hotbit is a total scam, don’t ever put in your money there you would loose it, I repeat never put your money to Hotbit. Ignore anything you see people saying on YouTube…
