Cannot sign into my account
I have sent several support tickets for the past 6 months
All I ask is to remove the 2FA in my account and replace it by Text Verification thru my phone used to register so I can log into my account

Very bad platform. Volume is low. But they are unimportant. You need to see the withdrawal fees. Even when withdrawing TRX, you have to pay a commission of $1. What is it?

I JUST FILE UP THE REPORT WITH THE LOCAL POLICE IN NEVADA AND VIA INTERNET TO SCAM REPORTING FRAUDULENT WEBSITES ONLINE

I was hacked and I had the google Authenticator, 2-factor authorization and still had my funds stolen in front of my eyes. I couldn’t do anything but watch it be stolen. The hacker started doing loads of random buy and sells for different tokens and it somehow depleted all of it without my consent. The customer service was horrible and said it was my fault that I gave the verification code to someone. Don’t make the same mistake. Use trustworthy exchanges, aka, no one is trustworthy. Keep it in a cold wallet.

They locked up my fiancée account after I sent her 300.00 work of bitcoins. Maybe the federal trade commission will do to them like they did to FTX

Complete scam, transferred coins in with correct address from their app then they state the address is wrong stating an address I supposedly sent to. Had screen shots and still just keep repeating the same thing then wanted money to recover funds. Scam artists, do not use

Modern robbery, locks your money into their system. Gives you back worthless DF coins that u can't sell for months.

When they market for DF open, you can only get back half your money. 2 DFETH will become 1 Eth, meaning you lost a whole ETH.

They are saying that I sold, of course I sold. I do not want anything with your scam site to do. But to lose 50 % of your assets is a robbery. Could have accept a 10-20 % lose, but 50 %... Hotbit are with other words stealing your money, watch out!

Terrible customer support. Like talking to a potted plant. I’ve sent them everything about my scammed account and the can’t get it understood that the scammers email and security settings all need to change back to my original setup. They can see that the Izo is from Nigeria. I’m in the USA and IP shows that. Still trying to work this out but they say six months to fix!!!! What. All my money will be stolen be then that’s being staked!!

Hotbit has lock my funds in DFUSDT for months now, due to some investigation and they refuse to make funds available for withdrawal. All you get is an auto reply with broken promises that the issue will be resolved soon

Yeah I also was a victim of HotBit scam, they are still holding about 3k of my money.

hello guys dont trust hotbit its just a scam i just tryed to log into my account in google hotbit.io and i just lost all my money on it its a scam

Hotbit illegally banned my account I need justice. if any law enforcement agency or individuals who can help me to fight for illegal actions of hotbit exchange please reply here. I've all the evidence securely stored which clearly depict hotbit's illegal action. Recently Chinese authority also investigating hotbit's some illegal activities so if anyone can give me these authorities contact address then would be very nice.

First i loved ,now i hate hotbit .
You can buy nothing will hapoend ,but then you cant withdraw your coins. And notposdible to stake .
So i lossing money
For me hotbit is history .

Very poor exchange. I've had so many errors from them in the past few transactions, the most annoying one just happened recently with no recompense or any form of support which is very bad. Just few days ago, pandrex.co credited me with my deposits on hotbit i'm just glad i am not at any loss at the end

I also deposited token and they banned my account. They are saying that i had transferred 10% of total supply. But its wrong. I only deposited 0.003% of total supply. Then they asked me to provide proofs of buying and deposit. I provided proofs with blockchain transactions. After that they told me to contact project team to unban my account. Does hotbit gives authorization to project team to unban my account. What a scam done by hotbit. Seriously! I had mailed 54 times and they are just copy pasting same reply. Its been 3 months now.

My account was banned more than a week ago. So I submitted the problem to CS immediately (Ticket #767557). They told me that I had deposited more than 10% of the total supply of KP3RB token and they asked me to explain that situation.
That's absolutely wrong, I've only made a very small deposit which is equivalent to 0.17% of the total supply. I've explained and proved it. In fact, All the information can be seen on the blockchain. There's no reason for a ban. It's their mistake but they say nothing about it and my account is still banned. They only say that I have to keep waiting patienly.

Update 24/10/2022
After 3 weeks waiting, my account was unbanned. KP3RB token was delisted.
I hope I don't have this problem again.

I wish I could give a zero star. STAY AWAY FROM HOTBIT.IO. They are a bunch of scammers. When you deposited your tokens/coins, you're giving it to them because they stored them in their personal account. This year 2022, they took off with everyone's assets and only gave back 50%. They'll take your assets and give you back 50% in their sh*tcoin HTB tokens which is worthless. Never do business with any Chinese exchanges and be very worried if they give you massive interest rates... They lured you in and take your money later.
