A scam exchange whose customer service lies to you every time they speak with you!

I tried to withdraw USTC's but couldn't select the 'Ethereum' or 'Binance' blockchains! The Osmosis blockchain was available but this was useless as the only place to trade USTC's on the Omsosis blockchain is the following decentralized exchange -

'frontier (dot) osmosis (dot) zone'

However, on this exchange the conversion rate to sell USTC's to either USDC or Dai is $0.018! This is way below the market value for USTC's so you will be making a loss! This probably doesn't even include wallet gas fees!

Customer service said that the " 'cross chain bridge' for Terra Luna is down" but again this is absolute nonsense as you can still deposit USTC's on either the 'Binance' or 'Ethereum' networks!

They then said that the deposit function for these two chains had already been "re-opened" but to be honest if they did genuinely go down then deposits wouldn't be possible either! They must think we are complete imbeciles or something! So in other words, they accept 'Ethereum' and 'Binance' USTC's but won't let you send them back out the exchange once they have them.

The customer service liar said that I could still "send them out on the 'Osmosis' blockchain! Even though on the Osmosis blockchain they are worth less than the real market value!

In any case I set up an Osmosis wallet just to get them off the exchange and then tried to withdraw them! I then got a message saying that the "wallet address is incorrect"! Okay, so they even programmed their system to lie for them!

Customer service's then got back and admitted that withdrawals have been blocked for both LUNC and USTC (even on the Osmosis network)!

He just copied and pasted a standard message, then ignored my other messages!

They constantly lied to me from the very beginning and there is nothing wrong with their 'cross chain bridge'.

I only put in $50 worth of USTC's as a trial! That will be the last I will ever put into their exchange!

Another Criminal Exchange. All good reviews are posted by bots with fake profiles on Facebook, Twitter, etc. When not stealing crypto outright by emptying bits and pieces of your wallet (and claiming technical difficulties), they often either delist crypto (then trade off with your stolen coin) outright without notice, or create fake "News" articles to announce a crypto conversion (sometime in the future). After a period of time, it just vaporizes - no conversion, nada.
This is how I had my crypto stolen. Pretty clever: simply delist w/o notice, and deny everything. I do have screenshots of every transaction and every amount to prove this. Seriously, look at all the positive reviews! Every last one of them is FAKE!

Coins got stuck at "verifying" during withdraw. Support is not helping, no estimate. Avoid at all cost

They’ve opened lunc deposits but will not open withdrawals claiming that it’s unavailable. This makes absolutely no sense as they deposits are open. It’s the EXACT same chain. A complete scam exchange. You’re funds will get stuck there. Please avoid at all cost.

Back in January, I tried to withdraw my coins because of the falling market. My coins got stuck, I put in a ticket, it took them a few days to get back my coins. In the meantime lost $3k!!! I thought this was a one time incident. Then a few days ago it happened again. I tried withdrawing about $20k worth of coins in a falling market and now the coins are stuck, I put in a ticket, they have absolutely no idea what the problem is. It’s been over 48 hours, they are not giving me any estimate or any reasonable reason why my coins are stuck. Wondering how much I will lose this time!

Hotbit is an OK exchange in my experience. Their support responds fast and clear. The lack of desktop app and/or QR code login support is why i'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 right now. Do i use Hotbit as my main exchange ? Not really. But i feel safe enough to leave some of my investment here. Mind you i only use the spot trade, therefore i have no experience with the futures or margin trading options.

They trapped us in UST withdrawal, they even dont have any UST token on terra network but always open withdraw gate, pending review until price go down so hard.

ETFs magically freeze and dissapear. On log in you see your true total then it drops when you try to go to sell. I think the tickers are either hacked or the company is intentionally stealing and changing numbers. Totals will be hundreds below the price you see on login. Within seconds it changes to below what you paid. This is definitely a scam or hacked site. Wouldn't recommend. They ok when they take your money but when you win magical "errors" happen and screw you by either changing prices or totally stealing the share. Update. Happened again....100 shares turned into 10. This is pure theft of funds . They don't change your numbers. They move the point like you won't notice. It's pure scam.

Guys!!! Avoid using this exchange. I deposited usdt from another exchange. Hotbit just kept making excuses such as wrong address, wrong token yet they put a wrong contract address on avax c chain but once you send they tell you it’s the wrong address , that the right address of in their announcement section on their exchange. Who does that! Why don't they just update the address on the avax c withdrawal. Scam Scam Scam. Customer service is not good either just ask you to send screenshot then charge you 0.2 eth for your deposit error which is their fault!!! Avoid

Hotbit - you respond to my review without any offer to assist me with the issue...as I stated before... Poor Poor ..

Not even worth a star. The least of my concern is the liquidity, bots tease your orders by bidding and selling close to your orders.
Once I found out, it's just some AI selling and buying to/from itself, I changed my mind over the order twice because of uncertainty to the real price action. I guess the bot had a difficult time with that and even started trading lower then my previous order (no liquidity whatsoever). Some interim might have noticed what I found out and just pulled my plug. Then when I try to log in again to check my order, I'm banned. No email with instructions nothing ... How would u feel if u were unable to use your money at the bank because the bank just closed u out for 48 hours without a word. At least hope it is only 48 hours. ... still 48 hours in crypto is fatal. If it weren't for the many tokens they provide, but what's plenty of tokens worth when no one sells or buys them. One day or the other with this management attitude, the server might close down. So keep away!!! Please "Hotbit" don't react here to try and soften the wounds. I'm not into polemic here. You had your chance when u banned me, to at least email me, well mannered. Unjustifiable.

I deposited BNb to my wallet since yesterday after the recharge progress is completed they still don’t credit me! They’re scam yes yes yes scam I write to the customer service till now no reply Hotbit is a scam

I have used many exchanges, hotbit is a pretty good one. I've traded many times on hotbit and every time there is an issue i just opened a support ticket and they usually answer the ticket in under an hour.

Taking ages for a deposit to arrive in your account. Don't use this i lost a lot of money because of those incompetents.
Avoid!!!

I lost my phone in I try every possible way to recover my account they ask me for photo ID with a note that said date sing and hot bit i want to change my account number ,an then they want a video off me saying that i want to change my account phone number and after all that they ban my account with all the money in SCAM SCAM SCAM NEVER USE HOTBIT

transfered $150 from spot acc to funding acc didnt show up this a internal transaction even with screen shots to prove it

and yesterday i transferred money from coinspot to hotbit funds went to forign wallet they have a clipboard scan on their ec20 exchange only realised today copy the address and open notepad the address is different they said it was a bug in my computer but with all these issues im guessing its them and they run a few pump and dump groups that scamming people

I send about 10 million DACC tokens never recieved them. It's a big scam! STAY AWAY!!

Worst support ever ! Sometimes crypto are getting lost when you transact a token from metamask to Hotbit ,the other time you lose a bit crypto when transacting from trading to investment account ,and support is asking for tx and UID and deposit history ,but all they do is nothing !

Hi! 5 days ago my account uid 3353523 was banned by the reason of deposit dsd tokens, witch I bought on uniswap. I have sent all proofs by email to Hotbit’s help center and they promised to check me and unblock in 72 hours. But today end 5th day and no updates. Only “please wait patiently “. How much I need to wait?!!!

Deposited crypto into this exchange, to the correct address and chain with all confirmations and clearly successfully sent. It has not entered my account, Customer support tells me to wait and be patient with no estimated time of fixing the issue.

I dont recommend this exchange, I'm left wondering if I will ever get it back.

I will change or remove this review if/when I receive my funds.
