This is a big Scam for HotBit. These people are Scum on earth. This is what they said to me.

Here is what Hotbit typed up to me.

Lifted from Hotbit's TOS: "Hotbit does not provide services for users from the following countries / areas: United States of America." Unfortunately, as an American, I did not find this until after having created an account. My intentions were to mainly use the website as a wallet for Saitama and XRP. Tried a dry-run withdraw of 676362220.7559543 Saitama and was told the fee would be, 420000000. It also showed that I would be receiving "0" after the withdraw. The best part is I mined rather than purchased. So, the only thing I would lose was the 96 hours in mining. Needless to say, the website will never see any "real money" from me. For the folks at Hotbit. **Update** For the person Hotbit. "0" shows up when using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and the Hotbit app.

I was a HOTBIT customer and my account was suddenly banned in Feb 2021, HOTBIT did not give me a detailed reason and my hard earned 70,000 USDT has not been returned after waiting for over a year. No matter how many times I have sent messages to support, the response has been an automated message that says "Patiently wait..." .
Please do not lose your funds with HOTBIT.

hotbit exchange is 1000000 times fake and fraud platform.

It doesnt matter which chain you withdraw money, wheter trc20 or bep20, you need to wait at least 3 hours. So slow

HotBit is by far the worst crypto exchange out there. They are dangerous, stealing and they have the worst customer service in the space. On 30th April 2020 - yes, two years ago - they have announced that they will stop the trading and withdrawal function for DAG / Constellation Network. This, in order do the the token swap from the old ERC-20 token to the new mainnet token. HotBit has never confirmed if this token swap has actually been done - however, they keep the tokens to themselves for soon 2 years. Yes, you could withdraw the ERC-20 tokens but they are worthless. This is theft and they are unwilling to compensate the DAG-users. I have seen numerous similar experiences with different coins. My advice: Keep your money as far from this exchange as possible. I transferred 500 USDT to my Hotbit account.

Little did I know that Hotbit themselves had changed my receiving address. No notification or warning as far as I could see when I logged in.

I sent a message to them expecting that it would be easy to resolve. They asked me for 0.2 ETH (more than the amount itself) to resolve. Crazy, because I had to double check the email address to confirm I wasn't being phished with an email by a scammer. But alas, no, they really do expect 0.2 ETH (700 USDT) to retrieve my 500 USDT. Incredible.

Naturally, it's the last time I'm using this exchange. Very poor customer service.

Customer support helped me to get my tokens. Probably there was a technical issues that had to be fixed in the blackened.

HORRIBLE EXCHANGE. I TRANSFERRED OVER COINS FROM THE ERC20 CHAIN AND THEIR DEPOSIT DEFAULTED TO BSC20, WHICH I THINK IS OK, BUT NOW KNOW IT'S NOT. YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE BLOCKCHAINS AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME IT'S MY FAULT FOR NOT CHANGING EXCHANGES, IT WHICH YOU CAN'T. NOW THEY WANT .2 ETH TO TRY TO FIND MY COINS AND IT COULD TAKE 3-6 MONTHS WITH NO GUARANTEE, ALL THE WHILE BLAMING ME FOR THE LOSS. SCREW THESE COMMIES!!!

Hotbit scammed me of my X-cash coins. I keep writing them since April 2021 and i only got 1 straight answer as issues like mine are solved once or twice a year and i should wait. My coins went 10x drop in value since then....Funny thing is that i sent them from mobile wallet and besides the receiving Hotbit wallet there was a space for a Paymentid its called but it had(optional) behind it so i didnt bother to write that in too. So now on my acc nothing apears there not even in history. On email they keep telling me to wait wait wait but its almost been 1 year and my hopes are verry thin.

Ive been using hotbit for months but now i see the risk in using hobit. There is something called selective scamming. Hotbit is scam. They freeze peoples fund without reason and will never respond or give time your funds will be released. If you need your funds in an emergency like i did. Youd be dead buried and forgotten because you wont get your funds. Probably hotbit is going bankrupt. I don't want people losing their hardearned money like me. They blocked people from revealing their scams in groups and responding with automated email response. Their ceo is hidden i recently found out when asking for my funds since 18th of january. Rings a bell? Ive warned you. A word is enough for the wise.
*Update* Its a shame hotbit is buying positive reviews. As you can see their reply they admit to still holding my money for no reason. Do not fall for the tricks on social media this exchange is a scam exchange please. Today 28th march 2022 they still holding my money.***

Weird App, no features, cant customise anything, no notification
Review by Anonymous User Its a weird app, the only reason to use this app is, some coins which are only listed on here UNFORTUNATELY. There app is Crap and website is horrible. No notification for Filled orders, no notification for Fund received, no Price alert option. Is it a Rocket science? Chart on the app and chart on the website is crap. No features at all. No Customer Support, no customer care. If you put some question on their Telegram support group no one replies, and one of the admin replied saying 'Baby' hahahahahahahaaaaaaaa..and when i replied that i am not your baby, then they blocked me lol.. Hotbit is a big scam.

First of all I was very afraid (after deposits and reading all negative reviews here), BUT….

Withdrawals went as supposed, only high gas fees ERC-20, straight to my wallet!
