Really pleased with our hot tub buy from the beginning going to the showroom on the A127 to installation. Connor was very helpful in all aspects. We were kept informed of delivery and given all the information needed for installation. Our after sales queries have so far been dealt with promptly and to satisfaction. Long may the good service continue for resolving any issues or servicing.

Great experience from start to finish, including:
Really helpful but not pushy sales as we went to the showroom (Ashford) to have a look and then arrange a date to try out a few swim spas before deciding.
Clear communication once we had ordered, and stress free support while checking that the crane would be able to fit etc.
A really helpful installation team who were experienced at the install and also gave useful hints on how to run the swim spa and keep it healthy.
Accessible and expert aftercare, e.g. when we couldn’t work out which button turned on a specific jet, or were unsure how to reduce alkalinity.
This is a fair sized investment for us - it’s been great to have such reassuring support throughout the process and ongoing. Thanks to Damian especially. Definitely recommend.

Thank you to The Hot Tub Barn in Chelmsford - me and my husband have been looking at hot tubs and visited many places. We popped in to the hot tub barn on a Sunday and was ‘browsing’ until a lovely lady approached us (Natasha - I think her name was) who was so lovely and very honest. She explained everything, she was very informative, NOT PUSHY and just very lovely. We left that day thinking ‘ok, we have something to compare to’ - save yourself time and effort and stick to here! My husband looked and looked and not many people were helpful and for what you get, it might be a bit more expensive but it’s so worth it! I feel at some of these places (not the hot tub barn) the sales rep just think ‘oh there not gonna buy’ - how wrong they were! We visited another hot tub barn on the A127, the manager was helpful but wasn’t as nice as the lady in Chelmsford..there was a model I liked and in a colour I liked, it was a little damaged due to being ex display. We were told we could have a few hundred off but when the crunch came to the crunch we was told ‘sorry I can not get you any discount in that, it will be the same price as a brand new one’ - so we left there and went straight to Chelmsford- we knew we wanted to buy one that day but I wanted my sale to go to a lady at that branch. When we arrived it was weekend off, I was gutted but we was approached by the manager who had remembered us from just two weeks before. Ruth was lovely and helped us a lot! I’m gutted I gave my name and number to the other place as they put us in the system BUT I started my search in Chelmsford and would have always brought there because of Natasha. Thanks ladies - we look forward to delivery.

Connors approach was the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was very patient as we did not know anything about spas and with his advice and guidance we are very happy with our purchase and feel very confident with looking after it. Connote communications were excellent, emailing at each point of the purchase and installation to check al was in order. The fitters were also excellent, respectful, helpful and very careful with our new tub.

Connor and his team made the experience of purchasing a hot tub really easy. Help with getting the correct electrics, the set up was easy and any questions are answered very quickly. I love my new hot tub and use it as much as possible (not easy given the price of electric these days!)

I went to the Ashford branch and spoke to Damian. He was extremely polite and very informative. I bought the Infinity 160 which was delivered today by two very helpful and polite men. Everything was explained with a follow up call from Damian with further advice. This has been a dream of mine for years so I would thoroughly recommend Hot Tub Barn Ashford
