We visited the Sevenoaks showroom and was greeted and served by Janice who spent at least an hour with us showing us the range of hot tubs that suited our requirements. She demonstrated the features clearly, explained the pros and cons of each model and provided us with estimated delivery dates in order for us to make an informed decision. At no point did we feel pressurised to buy.

We opted to purchase an infinity platinum 770 model which we were told was not arriving in the UK for a few months. Before commuting Janice was very honest and explained the shipping uncertainties at the time, she showed us us an inventory of ex demo
and stock alternatives however we decided to go ahead with the purchase of the new model that included the exact specification that we wanted.

In the time that we waited for our tub to arrive in the UK we were sent frequent updates on the status of the shipping and estimated docking/delivery dates.

When the tub arrived it was delivered and installed by two very polite and professional gentleman. They spent time to position the tub perfectly square and equidistant to the building. They filled the tub and gave a very clear and understandable demonstration of the controls and watercare. I was reassured that I could call at any time if I had any queries.

Janice contacted me to ensure that we were happy with the service and product (which I was) and to make sure I had got to grips with the tub and watercare.

Having owned the tub for a couple of months now I can assure any potential buyers that it is very easy to use and look after, it is extremely well built and despite the recent increased energy costs quite efficient to run. We had looked (but never considered) at some cheaper brands but there is absolutely no comparison in the quality of riptide pools, add that to the outstanding customer service and then ask yourself why would you go anywhere else.

We purchased a replacement Hot Tub. Having visited other nearby contractors decided on the Alton Gardens Southend Branch.
Connors professional service outshone others.
After service has also been exceptional.

The sales experience was good and Janice at Hot Tub Barn Poll Hill was very helpful. Very quick to respond to questions and queries. Knowledgable on the product, and accommodating for our visit to the showroom.
Installation was quick and efficient and the team provided a comprehensive explanation of the operation and maintenance of the tub.
Areas for improvement - For peace of mind I would have preferred an onsite visit prior to install. (Survey's are done remotely).
Overall though I was happy with the service provided

I had to modify my order after placing online and a quick phone call met with a friendly and helpful response. The (correct) order arrived within 48hrs well packed and complete.

Hot tub barn were amazing especially Coonor. Gave us all the info we needed to make the right choice. Installation was smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend them. Could not fault the service at all

Filters are a rip off in my opinion, double the price of everyone else and no choice to buy due to size of thread. Everywhere else £36-£40 for 2 this was £35 each and £10 delivery!!

When they have your money that's it.

We love our hot tub. The advice and after sales support from Janice was excellent. There were lots of options but Janice talked us through the models and we picked an ex-demo. The quality of the product is outstanding and we have had many relaxing hours in our new tub. We choose to go to The Hot Tub barn in Chelmsford although they have a branch nearer to us at Altons garden centra the Chelmsford branch appealed to us more. It was nice only dealing with one person throughout the process. We had a lady called Ruth who was the Representative of a hot tub barns. She was very helpful and professional and still is even after the hot tub had been delivered. Highly recommend visiting here when thinking of purchasing a hot tub.

We just bought a new hot tub from HTB, having had a second-hand one when we moved into our home (which had been purchased from HTB by the previous homeowners). We’ve always found HTB extremely helpful and they were happy to help with the water maintenance even though we didn’t buy the hot tub from them. The buying process was easy and Natasha guided us through it and followed up throughout the process until it was delivered. Delivery and installation was done by a company recommended by HTB (who also did an excellent job of our decking) simply and efficiently. Ruth has been very helpful in helping to set up our new hot tub, talking us through the water maintenance and helping understand all the functions.
I have always found Hot Tub Barn very friendly, helpful and professional and wouldn’t buy a hot tub anywhere else.
