Terrible service. I paid the 30 euro for the premium service then they send an email saying that they are willing to help findind a new place. After that I sent them what I am looking for (a studio) they replied that they can not help because it will take them too much time. After I told them that it was not nice, they agreed to "help"asking fot my credentials etc etc. After that I never heard from them anymore even though I sent reminders.

Miserable, unethical company. They coerce you into paying more by increasing the deposit after you first agreed to an amount and already paid the original amount.

Contract modifications after signing the first version. Can't be bothered to let you know what they want to modify, you have to read the whole thing again. They request biometric data - I'm pretty sure they are not allowed to handle data like that by GDPR. They ask for part of the deposit before signing the contract, that is not refunded if you decide that their constantly modified contract is unrealistic.

They are probably also buying fake reviews, because I cannot imagine somebody would have the "best experience in years" with them, absolutely hilarious.

HouseHunting Tilburg is a complete scam! I paid €35, and they NEVER answered my emails. Their phone number is fake—no one ever picks up. They just take people's money and disappear, preying on students and those desperate for housing. Absolutely disgraceful! Stay far away!

Worst rental experience in 10+ years. Beware, they also operate under the alias BnB beheer. I recommend you to stay away from both names.

The accomodation: MICE infestation in the living room. GAS LEAK in the first months. House hunting was completely useless in resolving those issues.

Overall communication is horrible. The above examples were the most grave issues we experienced during our stay, but not the only ones. In general when it comes to resolving issues they ignore messages. When they do answer, it is rarely helpful.

Handling of finances is even worse. When it was time to return the deposit they obfuscated, pointed fingers to colleagues who were not available, they did not answer questions. I even caught them outright lying.

In short they are an unreliable and dishonest bunch who will just swallow your money.

Got a membership for 35 euro's, showed interest in a house and emailed 4 times in a few weeks. NO reply. Also no reply to different numbers I've called which are on their website from A'dam/Utrecht and one of the nrs from a Makelaar i've found on linkedin.

It is hard to find an appartment In Amsterdam but it is easy if you work with Pieter and Househunting team.

It was easy and well managed.

Absolute worst.

They charged me 7500 euros as advance towards energy costs for 2022 and 2023. They still haven't settled it. They don't even respond to my emails.

They just respond arrogantly whenever I call them

Be cautious when dealing with this company, which operates under multiple names like BnBBeheer. My experience has been filled with poor communication and unprofessional behavior.

They’ve provided me with inconsistent financial overviews and refuse to show any proof or invoices for the charges. On top of that, they’ve made misleading claims about advance costs, saying they were higher than what I paid and that the landlord was covering the difference. It's been a frustrating experience with a complete lack of transparency. Proceed carefully if you choose to work with them.

Team HouseHunting was very responsive and helpful. We could manage all via email and phone, which is very convenient if you are abroad. The team listened to my needs and translated that into concrete action/plan to get my apartment rented out very quickly.

I had a great experience with House Hunting. Pieter made everything so easy, from setting up the viewing to helping with the contract and communicating with the owner. Always professional, quick to respond, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend them for their excellent service. I would definitely use them again!

I was searching non-stop for housing in the Schiphol region, without an agent, often times not receiving responses to repeated phone calls and emails for house viewing inquiries. I saw a listing from HouseHunting Schiphol and Pieter called very quickly to schedule an appointment. Ultimately I didn’t choose the house, but Pieter reached out to independently inform me of another house that had just come onto the market matching my preferences. My husband and I were on vacation when we decided to take the house and Pieter made it fast and simple to file the necessary paperwork (often corresponding after work hours) and quickly close the deal, signing the contract digitally. Pieter was highly professional without a motivated demeanor. We love our new house; thank you Pieter!!

Don't ever rent this property. The house is okay but their way of working is not explicit at all. They did not return my deposit on time. I have to call and email the office just for them to pay mine but missing 95 euros. I wait for almost 2 weeks and didnt the rest of my deposit back and they kept ignoring my call and my email. So I have to call the main office to solve the problem. However, in the end of the day, I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY APOLOGIES AT ALL.

Be extremely cautious! It is a scam company! A truly horrible experience. Far the worst estate agency in the area. They will promise the stars but will rip you off in the end. Worst service in the area for sure.

I really like this agency. They work professionally, answer emails really quickly, and they are very nice! Would recommend to anyone searching for a new home.
