Best agency ever,
I had a lot of experience with different agencies in amsterdam and this is for sure the best.
They helped us a lot, super nice and always available, always answering really quick and they did an amazing job with me. I feel safe with them. They are on your side and Pieter is a really professional figure.
I strongly recommend this agency to everyone who wants a really loyal and good job been made!

This is a great company and very supportive to me in the 2 rented properties l had the pleasure of renting through them.

Being an expat, its not easy to find such a quality and friendly company like them, l talked to a few. Most other companies want very high finder fees, which is totally unacceptable, but HouseHunting did nothing like that, they were friendly, professional and always contactable even once l was settled.

I am no longer living in the Netherlands, but should l return, this will be the only company l will call

Made renting a flat such a breeze! I was new in Netherland, and have heard horror stories from friends and colleagues about terrible agents. House Hunting was professional and personal! They never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

There were a few issues at the start of moving in but most got dealt with after a while. My experience improved greatly afterwards.

Worst services or I can say no services at all. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I paid for the premium search profile in a hope that I will at least get notifications about new properties listed or a response. But even after weeks I got barely 2 updates and a lot of rejection. When I conveyed my dissatisfaction by email, no one even bothered to respond back.

Premium search is only a way to get some money from the consumers who are in need and then ghosting them.

Very good service and fast response, helped me rented out my house in a short time.

My daugther rented a room apartment through HH in Rotterdam for the Erasmus program and the experience was simply awful:
- Heating system did not work for two months (February-March), solving it with an electric heater.
- Shower set was borken and she had to buy a replacement as nobody was paying attention to her request.
- The site manager tried to cheat with an assitance as she left the key inside, firstly not answering in the evening (though he read the message) so that she had to stay one night out of her place, then trying to get 250€ where the contract clearly specifies that this service is 25€. And when HH was informed, no reply at all.
- Finally, we are still waiting for a response on the reimbursment of the deposit paid in January, when she already left the apartment in July.
- The worst is that House Hunting is no giving any response after 5 reminders.
Simply unacceptable and for sure a service I would definitely reccomend to avoid by all means.

They provide the best services. They take care of everything following every process which benefits the customer. Pieter and Lya thanks a lot for your services.

Very helpful and communicative during the whole process.

The management is horrible. First, they fined the WHOLE floor (11 apartments) because someone left trash in the kitchen and hallways. And guess how much...150€!!!! They also said they didn't know who it was, so everyone on that floor is responsible. Then, after everyone complained and told them that we'll refer to lawyers, they told us the fine is cancelled. But if it happens again, we'll get a fine of 300€! Even though there are cleaners who clean common areas, they didn't clean the microwaves/ovens which were literally full of mold! Neither did most of the residents and I obviously didn't want to clean after someone else. I contacted them million times about the dirty kitchen. They did nothing. There were some housemates who were literally yelling and listening to loud music the whole night and again they did nothing. I would email them, they would not reply. I would call them, they would not pick up the phone for days. The brokers didn't help either. There were 2 washing machines for more than 100 apartments. Sometimes, I had to wait for days until the washing machines were free. Lastly, I paid for a supplementary key and they were supposed to return the money after check-out. I reminded them and they're now asking for receipts. A total joke. All they need is money and nothing else. They do not care about your being and the money you're spending on living. The only good thing was the central location of the building, for which I give one star.

scam business. They steal your money. AVOID.
stayed in one unit only for 3 days. I had to paid 3190 euros just to get the unit keys first! after I had to leave for a personal reason, they refused to pay back my money. not even one euro!! They have stolen 3190 euros from me!! Because they were lazy and unable to find a tenant they stole my money and use it for their profit!! I will do everything in my power to close this business! Nobody should do business with HouseHunting. money scammers!!

Rented an overpriced apartment from them.
They renovated the place with improperly placed & cheap equipment.
Damage left from construction was not repaired for months (I left, it was never resolved).
They take days to respond to emails and refuse to answer questions via phone.

Found us a good location for a good price. Good job! Keep up the good work!
