Do NOT register via a premium account. They NEVER reply to you regardless of the premium account.
I have sent them more than fifteen requests for viewing some houses, and never received a reply regardless I paid for a premium account, and it is not even possible to contact them in any other way rather than emails.
Is this is a scam or a fraud?

I am greatly dissatisfied with the services provided by HouseHunting Eindhoven, and in particular, with the lack of the aforementioned. I made a premium search profile about a month ago and I have not received a single notification, although I have noticed that there were new advertisements placed on the website that would suit the requirements I filled in my search profile.

The premium profile states clearly that you are "Previously informed about new properties". Some of the other benefits include: "Daily list of new homes; Priority for viewings".

I have been waiting for a month to benefit from these perks. I was assured that the search profile was indeed created, so this cannot be the issue. I believe it is incredibly unreasonable to charge customers for a service you do not even provide. This is false advertisement. It is like putting a price tag on hope; the hope that the customer might be able to get an answer to a listing.

In conclusion, the premium search profile is a scam, nothing but a waste of money. It is desperate times indeed, but know that if you do pay for the profile you won't get anything.

No communication at all. They ignored my email in 2 weeks although made me pay 35 euros for premium features. Useless.

Friendly and competent. HouseHunting helped me to find and sign the contract for an apartment. They did a fantastic job and the whole thing was settled quickly.

My profile has still not been activated, and in my mind that translates to my details not being published for househunting to review and thus limiting support in my house search. My emails have been ignored for three weeks and the one place I was shown did not meet any of the requirements I asked for, which were very limited to start with.

They told me to find a new tenant for early termination. If I failed I only need to pay an extra month's rental. I supplied a new tenant but he moved in after 13 days. They charged me one extra month's and 13 days' rental.. It's really a terrible experience.... what's more frightening is they are reluctant to reply to my e-mails.... Now I must consider the legal way to protect my interest. I'm really tired on this.

I thought this was a nice building to live in because of the location, but I was absolutely wrong. The people who live on my floor in the building are pigs, they keep the kitchen very nasty. Within my first day I moving in I found burnt burrito in the oven and it has been sitting there for weeks and when I complained, the owner said it is not the responsibility of the cleaners to keep the oven clean, it is the tenants' responsibility. So what are we paying over €100 in services costs for then? 3 months after I moved in I found out that the bed they provided has bedbugs and when I complained and demanded that they get me a new bed, they fumigated my room and refused to give me a new bed. After expressing that I was not content with how they handled the situation, they ignored all of my emails. I pay over €700 in rent every month and the building and its facilities are not even worth it. The laundry room is kept so dirty that it looks like a crackhouse. The dirt that you remove from dryer's filter is just taken out and thrown next to the dryer. I have no clue how people can be so nasty and inconsiderate of others but that is literally what House Hunting stands for. I wish that I could upload pictures and videos of everything that I saw while living here so you can see for yourself! They wil give you a fine(boete) for things that you did not even do solely because they do not want to make an effort to find out who really did it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. All they care about is money!!!

While searching for an apartment in Zwolle, I found the House Hunting team and Okko very helpful and professional. They'd keep you informed on each step of the process as quickly as possible and guide you through in case of question. I also appreciated the different online portals they use which makes the entire paperwork much easier & faster.

Irresponsible!! I paid EUR35 and created a premium account. But after creating it also, I did not receive any mail alerts / rental notifications since past 1 month. I walked to their office in Eindhoven and enquired about the same. But they asked my to reach out to their head office to add my email address to their premium account holders mailer list!! Irresponsible support and poor customer management!!!

I do not recommend. Paying 35€ for nothing, not getting any answer to reacted houses even these houses adverts are staying for 2 months...
