I had a mind the step sign in my retail unit but after 18 months there was virtually no yellow left visible. They have a five year no fade guarantee so I contacted hnp and their response was very efficient. They asked for a picture which was easy to provide and within a couple of days a replacement had been sent. I wish all companies that I deal with had such a customer focus.

I thought it would be just add text to a field and choose a typeface but it was much, much more.
Offered suggestions and advice with layout and finish.
Very pleased and now my brothers and dad are using the company.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of the engraved slate road sign for our lane. Not only is the product superb, but the customer service was excellent too. The sign arrived promptly, and despite its weight and size it was very well packaged in protective materials etc. The neighbours are thrilled! Highly recommended company.

I was not sure about sizes etc and was supplied all the information before making the purchase from Elisha, who emailed me multiple times with pics and info. Purchase and receipt was easy and quick and when I received the memorial stone with the inscription it was stunning, and is now placed at the bottom of the garden marking where my beloved dogs are now. Great company!

We ordered a memorial stone for our beloved cat Claude and it is excellent! The inscribed picture of him on it is exactly the same as the picture we sent. We are so pleased and happy with it. I'm sure that Claude would say that it is purrrrrfect! Thank you so much.

nothing wrong with the product but the website navigation and checkout process is confusing. I needed replacement keys and couldn't find any drop down box without using the search bar. The checkout process was cumbersome and defaulted back to visa when I wan ted mastercard.

I received my slate house number yesterday and I'm very pleased with it. I needed to change the sign from landscape to portrait and messaged them direct about it. They were very happy to oblige and I would definitely use them again.

I found the house nameplate company really helpful in providing variations on style and font for our new house nameplate and matching post box. Delivered when they said. All together excellent service and product.

18 months ago I purchased a postal box from this company costing £65 and it now lets water in when it rains, not helpful when important documents get wet and despite not living in a coastal region, it’s rusting.
I have contacted them and they won’t replace it, instead offered me a discount to purchase another post box so I can waste more of my money.
