House of Indya delivered one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.
My order arrived without a return label, the quality was shockingly poor, and customer service was non-existent.
Forcing EU customers to return faulty or misrepresented items at their own expense to India is unacceptable and contradicts EU consumer protection
standards.
Absolutely not recommended.
I want to clarify that I have already contacted the customer support several times regarding Order No. 2694977 - both by email and via WhatsApp. My email was ignored and blocked, and on WhatsApp I received no reply at all.
I am requesting a proper return label and a full refund, as required under EU consumer protection rules. Asking customers to pay international return shipping to India is not compliant with EU regulations.
Please resolve this immediately by providing the return label and processing my refund without further delay.

I am completely discouraged from ever ordering from this wed site. Imagine their product is of poor quality, design and colors do not match. We contacting their support team to return items they do not reply and you the customer have to bare the cost of returning the items especially since it goes to India the cost it’s more than the items worth. Ridiculous! If you comment on their social media platform (TikTok or Facebook) they delete the comments. Please don’t be fooled like I was. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing.
