After sending an inquiry about getting transfers printed, John Wartsbaugh contacted me and answered all my questions. He even suggested a different ink color to help with opacity to improve my product, and assured me that the color would be close match to what I originally wanted. Order arrived quickly and prints were great! I will be using Howard Custom Transfers again!

The team at Howard found a way to save me some money by combining 2 of my orders into 1 order. The transfers are of great quality and they had them made and sent to me very quickly. I will use them again. The most impressive thing is the owner of the company called me and asked about the service I received from his team. I was impressed with this attention to detail of his company.

We were not sure which screenprint works for us but found the right one thanks to customer service help of John. He walked us through the process and which he recommends and will be going back again to order other items.

I took a chance and tried this company and they worked with me from beginning to end, very responsive and communicative. Prices are very fair, even with me just starting my small business. My prints arrived sooner than expected and when i applied them at home they came out BEAUTIFULLY, better than i thought they would and much better than the method i used at home, will use their service again!

Seriously the most amazing first experience with a company! From start to finish not only did they save the day by getting transfers to me next day but the quality was incredible the staff was so helpful and friendly-they all went above any beyond with no hesitation. It is not often you find a place with that kind of genuine customer service and attention to detail, it was very refreshing and I cannot wait to place my next order with them and try some other products!!
