Really great customer service, if your not sure of what you need or how much then these guys are always happy to help, most request can be solved over a phone call, rare these days which is a big added bonus about just how good howarth timber is.
Prices are fair, timber is quality, really can not be faulted

I recently had my kitchen designed by Mateo at the Grimsby branch, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and I’m really pleased with the result, but his customer service made him stand out. I have mobility issues and he’s really taken that into account to not only design a kitchen that looks good, but also fits my accessibility needs. When I was struggling to pick a colour, he suggested a range that could be sprayed in any custom colour and it has turned out exactly as I imagined. Could not be happier with the whole experience. Mateo you are a star, thank you so much!

Was looking for a new kitchen and went to hearth timber Grimsby, Jordan helped us , he came to our house and planned kitchen to our requirements, and went above and beyond to help us. He was regularly in contact with us and even called round to assess progress, he also sorted out a problem with an appliance we had and solved the problem, he was very professional and would highly recommend

The panels are so much better than other locally available ones. We found it easy to fit the panel.
Our only little bugbear is we didn't get email/text updates to let us know when delivery was. The first we knew, we had the driver ring us to say he was outside. Luckily I hadn't left for work or we would have missed him. Even an early morning text would have helped. We got a delayed text at 10.30, 2.5hrs after delivery! Apart from that, we are completely happy with our purchase.
