Howdens - Accrington Reviews 

Lynne Walkden at the Accrington branch of Howdens is by far the most patient, accommodating and kind hearted kitchen planner we have had the pleasure of meeting. Our kitchen was not an ordinary one and there were lots of last minute changes and alterations even after we’d paid for it we had changes of mind but never at any point did we feel we couldn’t go back and double check, then triple check to be reassured. Lynne was always approachable and her much used sentence “that’s what I’m here for’ made a huge difference to us, always putting us at ease. One thing we found very helpful is we were never made to feel rushed. She suggested design ideas providing solutions and allowing us to see visual representations throughout the process. I admit I’m not an easy to please customer but I have to say, Lynne made the whole experience so pleasing that I bought my utility room kitchen there too! If you’re not sure and need guidance around your kitchen design, speak with Lynne we highly recommend her!

I recently went here for some new filters for my extractor fan and dealt with a nice young man called Rob. I told Rob what I wanted and he gave it it me. I left feeling satisfied with the experience.

've had an account at Accrington for 10+ years and have always found the staff great to deal with. Special mention to Stephen the Manager who goes above and beyond to ensure the best levels of service are maintained.

I was not looking forward in picking a new kitchen, but as soon as Lynne Walkden from the Accrington store come out and measured up and listened to me and my wife and what we both wanted it felt like such an easy process. Within 2 days of Lynne coming out we had an appointment for her to show us our kitchen in what she had designed (with a little or lot lol help from my wife). She had listened to everything and with a bit of subtle mediating between my wife and myself we got our kitchen of our dreams. It was a breeze, she is so good at her job, and there was no pushy sales patter. I would 100% recommend Howdens..and especially Lynne. Thank you so so much, we can't wait to see it when our builder fits it 😍

I recently had problems with a newly fitted fridge freezer. The manager at Howdens in Accrington quickly arranged a replacement which was delivered swiftly. He arranged for their appliance fitter/repair company Fowlers to do the install and fitting. They arrived promptly with prior telephone notification and their professionalism and communication was first class. I therefore would not hesitate to recommend this company for their services.

Designer Lynne visited our home and made it so easy, we sent her the appliances we needed and visited the site 2 days later. Plans looked fantastic and with a couple of small additions we were more than happy. Kitchen being delivered in 5 working days so we can crack on with things. Very smooth operation and they stock everything they advertise, so what's not to like?
No pushy Sales, made us feel so much at ease would definitely recommend.

Me and my wife had a new kitchen from howdens Accrington and it was spot on. The manager Steve and the salesman Robert are great and cannot do enough to help. No pressure at all from them either which makes the experience more comfortable. Definitely recommend this branch.
