Lyn at Accrington was everything you could ask for from customer service. Helpful ,polite and friendly, Just one of those people that its a pleasure to do business with. We now have a beautiful kitchen and would certainly recommend Howdens for a planned new kitchen( and just ask for Lyn. )

Great service from all involved in the design and supply of our kitchen. With special attention to detail nothing was too much trouble from Stephen Barnes who was always keen to offer great advice at our Accrington branch.

Howdens in Accrington has kindly donated a power tool to a local charity which enabled young people to complete their community project. This was a very generous and kind donation made by the manager Stephen and we hope to continue to work with this amazing local business in the future. Thank you.

We booked our time slot with Rob, we were invited to go though the plan using great technology of the big screen, which it made the design so clear.
Rob was so patient with us, helping us choose.
In the end we picked our kitchen and delivery is next week, so efficient.

I'll never make Howdens a fortune ,I do odd jobs on customers homes ,this can be anything from a bulb ,fixing a window changing broken hinges on kitchen cupboards ,pointing, plumbing, fencing and painting oh and the legendary howdens adjustable kitchen unit feet , I use the accrington branch because they are so helpfull , my orders are always small ,I don't always know the name of the part I need ,nothing is to much trouble , I can't recommend them enough

We bought our kitchen from Howdens through Lynne at the Accrington depot. Lynne was brilliant, she was extremely patient going through different options even down to choosing the flooring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Accrington depot.

Fantastic service from Howdens Accrington Ste & Cam are both legends, they go the extra mile when it comes to providing you with the best price a trait not mirrored by all Howden depots. Ellie, Sarah and Gemma are also very helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Its a hassle free experience from making your purchase to collecting your goods from the warehouse, Tony always on hand to help out !

Excellent service and design from Lynne at the Accrington branch, I’ve used Howdens for a few years now and always ask for a Lynne to design my kitchens, if there is a problem or I need to change something last minute, nothing is too much trouble.

I recently went to Howdens Accrington branch, very nervous as I have never ordered a kitchen or large items before I had an idea in my head of what I would like, but that was about as far as it went. Upon entering the depot I was welcomed and offered a drink, which was very friendly And I was introduced to Lynn who was going to be my kitchen designer she came to my house and I gave her an idea of what I would really like and an idea of what I wouldn’t like. She was here for less than an hour. Within a couple of days I went back to the Depot to see what Lynn had designed. Wow she had designed my dream kitchen being able to see the finished article on the screen was a massive help because I cannot visualise things very well. I was given an itemised pricelist and the plans and colour photographs to bring home to discuss with my husband. A second appointment was made where me and my husband attended. We saw Lynn and a couple of minor tweaks were made to the design which exceeded our expectations I can’t speak highly enough for Accrington branch but specifically Lynn who made the whole process enjoyable, exciting and far exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to have my dream kitchen installed within a couple of weeks thank you thank you thank you. you are a star
