At Howdens, I have been doing business with for over 25 years.
Whether using the Uxbridge branch or Slough West, the staff are one big family. I have known Warren at the Uxbridge branch for years and now his son in-law Jack, Valentine, Steve or anyone I deal with; it's worthy mentioning that they're professional, dedicated, knowledgeable and committed to keep serving the trade with the same consistent passion.
I have had dealings with Magnet previously but now my business is solely with Howdens where I keep promoting the company to my clients and Howdens keeps delivering the good service without ever letting me and my customers down.
I recently bought 5 pullout larder units for £6200 they arrived perfectly packed in perfect condition.
It was impressive to open up the drawers and find everything intact.
Staff go over and above to answer all inquiries.
I don't usually have time to spend on writing reviews but here and now, I thought it would be helpful and beneficial to get the message through and I hope the staff hear it for they deserve to.
I think and believe that Howdens have come a very long way since I started my construction business 30 years ago, at times I feel so impressed with the company that makes me think why not become part of it and who knows one day I might go for it.
However, please keep up the same good work.

Howdens Uxbridge is the best howdens around, staff is always helpful and can solve almost any issue, warehouse staff are always spot on, and the design team are fantastic especially Elise, would 100 percent recommended her to do any kitchens you have, Warren the manager is also very good, almost nothing is a problem and everything gets sorted quickly and effeciantly.

The people in the Uxbridge branch are excellent. I am visually impaired and they assisted me every step of the way. Georgia, the manager, Warren, and Charlie have helped me to sort out my freezer drawer which was broken. They even came to deliver it to my home. They are excellent and I would definitely do business with them at any time.

Kitchen units are solid and well made all pre assembled. Very happy with the quality of the Fairford range. The Uxbridge branch staff are friendly and helpful and the branch has a good relationship with my builder which meant smaller adjustments were arranged seamlessly. Min the designer was great to work with when configuring the kitchen layout. Plan to use Howdens Uxbridge in future but first to enjoy our new kitchen and expect it to last many years.

Uxbridge store has been great.

Kitchen designer Min helped make my awkward kitchen work (it was her idea to customise the pantry by getting my carpenters / kitchen fitters to cut them down/narrow them).

And the store exchanged a few items with no quibbles and even provided the extra shelving I needed for the pantry without charging me extra. It was crucial to have them nearby as we did need to go back and forward on a few things - I had been tempted to save money by going with an online store, but that would have been a disaster - kitchens are so complicated!! I ended up having around 3 meetings in the end, including going back for a final price comparison to the online store quote - Min was so patient with me every time.

I could buy sample doors to take home then take them back for refund afterwards.

The fittings, hinges etc are all included in the price - no unexpected extras.

And most importantly of all - both my kitchen fitters rate Howdens above the other similar competitors in the kitchen market.
