I have been really impressed by the service I’ve received at Howdens. Jack has been brilliant from start to finish. I sent him a kitchen layout and within a couple of hours he had designed it all up for me.
Jack has been great over email, responding quickly and helpfully, and was great to meet in person. The service was faultless, he wasn’t pushy in any way and patiently made any changes I asked for, or talked me through anything I was sure about. Thanks Jack, 5 star service!

I called the branch on Saturday the 16th of July and spoke with the lovely Shaquana as I was let down by another company and in all honesty, I should have just brought my requirements to Howden from the get go! They never let me down. Prior to this, I attended the Croydon branch and was not impressed with the patronising way they managed things. So I always end up in the West Norwood Branch - this is the second time.
The team were able to accommodate me first thing on Monday the 18th at 8am, (Shaquana remembered our call - loved it!) and I placed an order within 2 hours. I appreciate the service from being welcomed and greeted when I walked through the door through to the support Jack gave. Definitely will be going back there again. My mum loves the kitchen! Thank you all so very much, V

I cannot praise Howden’s of West…
I cannot praise Howden’s of West Norwood highly enough. From my first encounter with one of the female staff via a telephone call until the finishing of the kitchen I received nothing but patient, professional advice and understanding. One does not buy a new kitchen every day and I needed to get it right! David Stephenson, the designer, who worked with us came and saw the space, measured up and invited us back to see his results. He also had to consider the views of the builders who were undertaking our extension and had their own views about how things should be. Every person’s view was considered and the end product is just what I wanted. David also provided an ‘after-care’ provision to ensure everything was satisfactory.
From looking around, the price was competitive and we certainly had value for money.
