I can't recommend Rhys Williams from Howells Solicitors enough! I very recently used him for the conveyancing of a property I bought at auction. Being a property sold at auction meant the completion date was much quicker than formal conveyancing and Xmas holidays were also fast approaching. Rhys Williams professionalism and efficiency dealing with timing was outstanding, communication was excellent. He made the process incredibly smooth in what could have been a very stressful and expensive situation. Completion happened timely with no complications. I would surely use Howells Solicitors again.
