Hplc were very helpful with our house purchase, as well as being local to us and knowing the area. They have moved forward on the technology side and got us on a tracking app to allow us to follow the progress of the purchase. We purchased through this firm with confidence, knowing the fees beforehand. We made several calls to chase the sellers solicitor and had transparent information back very fast. 10/10 we have passed on this company and will continue to do so.

HPLC gave me excellent support throughout my purchase - their app was great as it meant I wasn't constantly having to chase routine updates, but when I did need to speak to someone, Shawnee and the team were always at the end of the phone willing to give advice and provide me with updates. The sale was held up for some time at the seller's end - no fault of HPLC's but they did as much as they could to speed the other party along. Well worth the extra (but still very reasonable compared to some) price compared to using a bargain basement internet firm. Thank you!
