After being made redundant after 13 years with the same company I was a little rusty and niave when it came to job hunting. My co enlisted Katie from the HR Dept to assist first with the redundancy process and then an outsourcing workshop for finding new employment. As you can imagine, this was quite a stressful time however Katie's reassurance, market knowledge, experience and guidance helped me secure 2 job offers within a month on a much higher salary than expected! Lee's HR Essentials Workshop was a brilliant introduction to HR and Employment law for an HR Advisor Trainee within the business and has set her up well as she moves forward with her experience and education. I would 100% recommend the Essentials Workshop as well as the other paid workshops hosted by Lee, they are in-depth, excellently informed and perfectly suited to SME's.

I really enjoyed this workshop- HR is completely new to me and I am learning how to be an HR Advisor 'on the job'. The HR Essentials Workshop was so helpful in introducing me to the key issues in HR and Employment Law, and I found the topics really interesting. Lee and Laura were also excellent and answered any questions I had. I'd definitely recommend it!

The team at HR Dept have been absolutely amazing for our charity. We are a small organisation and don't have internal HR staff.
