Being relatively new to HR, I am in contact regularly as my knowledge is limited and I cannot fault Rachel and the Bristol team. They are exactly the support I need and have exceeded my expectations. We work with Emma from HR Dept Wilmslow and have found the service to excellent. We're a growing business and needed to ensure we had HR support but didn't have the requirement for an in-house HR person. Emma and her team fill that support gap and then some. It seems that Emma is always available and ready to help be that for general HR queries, amendments to contacts\handbooks or for more serious matters.
