love that it came with 2 protein bars to try and i loved them!! last time they gifted me a creapure bag to try as well and thats why i ordered it this time around. these free samples are amazing to try and then order them in my next order! also the delovery was amazing. super fast!!! and they called and texted before with the time. perfect. i keep recommneding you and i have converted a lot of ppl to HSN

Correos Express in unreachable. They send SMS stating they are delivering and they never show up or send aborher notificatuon the day after, nor we can talk to them to agilize the next delivery. We are left in the unknown with no means to know whats going on or a contact to try to solve it. Really nasty company.

I ordered 2x Vanilla flavoured Protein. I received 1x Vanilla and 1x Coffee/Caramel. Simple picking error: it happens. What doesn't have to happen is everything that followed.

I always record a video before opening packages (a habit that turned out to be essential here, as one of the shipped products was wrong) and included the link to watch it in my first email. Their response? A template asking for photos "within 48 hours": they had clearly not even opened my message, let alone watched the video.

I then spent 9 days going back and forth explaining the obvious: I needed the product I ordered, not a partial refund or a discount on the wrong item. At one point they even told me the nutritional difference between the two flavours was "minimal": are you serious? As if that justifies sending me the wrong product.

After endless emails they refunded the incorrect item. Great? Absolutely not: they completely ignored the fact that I now have to place a new order to get the 1x Vanilla I never received and that new order comes with a ~8 euro shipping fee. I ordered 2x units and this was my only condition to spend ~8 euro in shipping, as I would never have placed an order for a single item.

Their mistake is directly forcing me to pay shipping twice, and after I explained this multiple times with crystal-clear logic, they simply refused to refund it: no coupon, no refund, nothing. "Please note that we do not issue shipping fee coupons or reimburse shipping costs." Well, you should, if a customer paid those shipping fees for 2x units and never received them.

A week of emails, a video, photos, and a detailed breakdown of basic arithmetic: all to still not have what I originally paid for. Embarrassing customer service.

Good Products, and fast delivery!

I really appreciate the fast delivery and the gifts that were included in the package! :-)

But I was a little disappointed with the customer service (they are only available on weekdays during certain hours). Because of this, I paid about 8€ for shipping, while I could have just ordered something for 0.50€ and I wouldn't have paid for shipping - I only found out a few days later when the customer service wrote me back.
