In fact, flavours and textures are usually among the aspects most positively valued by our customers, so it is always disappointing for us to receive this kind of feedback, although we completely understand that taste is something very personal.

Regarding mixability, our proteins are formulated to dissolve properly in both water and milk when using a shaker or mixer. However, factors such as the temperature of the liquid can influence the final result; for example, when using very cold liquids or ice — something quite common during warmer weather — the dissolution may feel slightly different.

Dear Customer,

We completely understand your reaction, especially when comparing current prices with previous orders.

Over the last few years, however, whey raw material costs have risen dramatically. For example, WPC80 concentrate currently exceeds €24,000 per ton, meaning its cost has multiplied by four compared to around 3 years ago. During much of that time, we absorbed a large part of these increases internally to avoid passing the full impact onto customers.

Even so, we continue working to maintain the best possible balance between quality, safety, formulation and price. In real usage terms, a 2 kg whey bag still provides around 66 servings, keeping the cost per serving below €0.80 for a high-quality protein with batch testing and certified production standards.

We also continue to offer promotions and have alternative protein options available, such as plant-based, beef, or egg-based protein. Of course, if production costs decrease in the future, we intend to reflect this accordingly.
