Site was easy to navigate. The brand specific size chart was really helpful.
Completing the online sale was quick and easy and the international delivery was a resonable cost and very fast getting to Australia. AusPost let the side down a little bit by being slow at this end but, all in all, it was a faster delivery internationally than the majority of domestic deliveries over a tenth of the distance.
Very happy with Huge Rugby and would not hesitate to buy from them agsin.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the delivery service, the item arrived inside the published timeframe. The website needs to be updated and brought into the 21st Century, particularly for mobile use. Communication, via email, was good.

Took over 10 days for item to be dispatched and another 3 working days for delivery . I was never kept informed and had to contact them regards delays as on line tracking status was "processing". Poor service although quality of goods are fine.

Thanks for your order and review.
As you requested the boots be personalised, that can add an additional 5-7 working days onto the dispatch time, you did order at a particularly busy time of the season so it did take the full additional time but all this information was communicated on the Personalisation page and T&Cs.
The order status was accurate as 'processing' is the status your order sits in until the personalisation has been added. Once it was dispatched, you received an email containing your tracking number and the package was delivered within the time frame indicated on our site.
I'm sorry to hear you felt the service was poor, our average response time to your emails was 69 minutes but we are aiming to bring that down below 60.
Thanks again for your order and hopefully there's plenty of tries in those boots!
